This is a very comfortable hotel, centrally located in KLCC, with good-sized comfortable and well designed rooms. I had previously stayed in the adjoining Prince Hotel was the rooms are exactly the same. On this trip they put me in the serviced apartments and gave me a suite which was enormous. I did not eat in the hotel district but the food is good. The staff are very helpful. this hotel is usually reasonably priced and very convenient for shopping etc

the hotel upgraded us for free! the 2bedroom service apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen! down side is that they don't provide dish washing detergent. the living space is big and spacious. rooms are comfy too! walking distance to pavilion, which is a shopping area. helpful staff! but breakfast to alright. car parking is free for guest

superb location, stone throw's away from pavillion & bukit bintang area. close the new pedestrian sky bridge to KLCC. rooms are comfortable but lacking some amenities expected in a 5star hotel. there were no toothbrush & paste, no cotton buds, no dish washing liquid. this should be considered a standard items in a 5star hotel/apartment.

It was a pretty nice hotel. I was staying in the apartment with my parents. Staff were nice, swimming pool was really good and quiet. Only 10 min walk from the KLCC very good location. Just the breakfast was not that good.
