Excellent hotel for short of long stay

This hotel met all my needs for my short trip in terms of location, easy access for business, shopping and restaurants. It was easy for my business contacts to find. The only negative was the on going construction in front and on the side of the hotel making it noisy and dusty. The noise filtered into the rooms as well which was at times disturbing.

Thanks to the close proximity to shopping centers while not directly in it, our long weekend trip to KL was a success. The apartment was roomy and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Charging for Wi-Fi in a 2 bedroom apartment is a bit sneaky and expensive as internet by cable is free in the living room. The apartment smelled a bit of smoke which could be expected as KL is still a smoker's paradise. The free breakfast was so so and I would recommend to breakfast eaters to got for the full buffet in the hotel lobby at the extra charge.

Its supposed to be a 4-5 star hotel but it felt more like 3 since, perhaps its because part of it is also residence. Personally i don't like the deco, its very very basic and a little cheap. ordered room service a few times, wasn't happy any of the dish that came up, come on Mayliasia! you are also known for great food!! by the way, breakfast is as flat as their in-room dinning food.

This is a very comfortable hotel, centrally located in KLCC, with good-sized comfortable and well designed rooms. I had previously stayed in the adjoining Prince Hotel was the rooms are exactly the same. On this trip they put me in the serviced apartments and gave me a suite which was enormous. I did not eat in the hotel district but the food is good. The staff are very helpful. this hotel is usually reasonably priced and very convenient for shopping etc

the hotel upgraded us for free! the 2bedroom service apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen! down side is that they don't provide dish washing detergent. the living space is big and spacious. rooms are comfy too! walking distance to pavilion, which is a shopping area. helpful staff! but breakfast to alright. car parking is free for guest

Superb location but lacking room amenities

superb location, stone throw's away from pavillion & bukit bintang area. close the new pedestrian sky bridge to KLCC. rooms are comfortable but lacking some amenities expected in a 5star hotel. there were no toothbrush & paste, no cotton buds, no dish washing liquid. this should be considered a standard items in a 5star hotel/apartment.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Close to Pavillion and Craft Ctr at Jalan Conlay. Simple breakfast, not too fancy. Would love to come back again.
