Apartment 1 Bedroom
The staff who brought us to our room did not know the exact location. The room was without an electric kettle and also shower necessities, had to call the housekeeping service to provide. Overall it was quite a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Scenery
Lovely spot for beautiful scenery but needed more attractions and shopping areas nearby.

Agoda should remove parking under provided facility
When parking is listed under facilities provided I m expecting it to be included in the room rate (together with swimming pool etc). When it is provided but you have to pay separately for it, then better not misguide customers (do you pay separately to use swimming pool?) I was at a shock to learn that I have to pay RM12 per day for parking. For a hotel with such reputation, personally think this is unacceptable, seeing that other hotels are providing free parking spaces.

We were waiting for 20min at reception and finally a security guard went to the back office to inform someone is checking in then finally we got the room key. Nobody showing us the way to the room, looked around ourselves and couldn't find and finally asked a guest and she showed us the small pathway to go to lift. The room need to be refurbished and the room is not clean and the bedside lamp is dusty and broken. The overall feel of hotel is dark. When checking out, asking help to carry luggage, but nobody came, and finally carry ourselves to lobby and check out. I am a Le Club member and has stayed many Accor hotel but this Pullman is the worst Pullman that I have ever stayed.
