this hotel is not located in putrajaya. it is located in seri kembangan about 25 minutes' drive from putrajaya. the rooms are very small. no place to put a big luggage. no cupboard available. water heater not functioning. breakfast not provided.
there is an aeon shopping mall within walking distance.

Room is small but air conditioner is working well. wifi is good. just the shower, the water is not hot enough. n jusco is nearby so everything is fine. and parking is also convenient. there is water supply too. Better to bring your own shower kit.

it is very convenient because there is a 24-hr stall around that area.the hotel also very clean but room quite small...ample parking space. it is very near to putrajaya for business matters.it is also near to cyberjaya. overall, the stay was very comfortable and the hotel was nice.

The room is small with comfortable and clean queen-sized bed. We only have one small bedside table which is very far from our bed. The bathroom is clean. But no lift is provided with the storey budget hotel. We have to use stairs to reach our room. We're overall satisfied with the room that we paid.
Restaurant Tip:
There're lots of food choices nearby. You can even walk further to the shoplots opposite for more food choices. Shopping mall(Jusco) is within 15 minutes walking distance.

Horrified by traffic jam

The room I stay was very small, no room service was provided throughout my 4 nights stay (do I have to request?). No even tiny table for me to do my work--I work on the bed eventually. However, the worst was the traffic jam at the bottle neck from Cyberjaya / Putrajaya to Seri Kembangan after office hours (5:00 pm to 7:30pm). I chose this hotel because I thought it would be convenient for me to access Cyberjaya. It was in the morning (thanks to the hardworking traffic police), but not on my return trips.
