Quiet location but far from everything

I stayed there for one night thinking it would be much closer to the airport,but it is still 30 mins away. The location is so remote that you can't even get a taxi but have to rely on hotel cars. The room is big and clean. The staff are friendly. I tried the swimming pool. It looks good from a distance because it is an infinity pool, but the water is not too clean with a layer of dirt floating on top.

I received an upgrade to a park view room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and took advantage of the onsite spa (pricey but good) and pool (divine). The staff were extremely attentive and nice. Very professional setup. Would definitely go again.Plenty of space, free shuttle.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Just enjoy the facilities - the hotel and park - it is not near shopping.

the room are very nice and clean..but the deluxe hill view is not that nice! and not much people staying there ..well very bored ..mmmm well that's ok for staying 1 night only..
and then i sleep well till morning..

good hotel ,but the front is a little simple, quiet, serene. Good ramadan dinner. Need to have car to reach,hard to get a cab.

If you are looking to stay within the grounds of the hotel, this is great. The hotel is well equipped with everything. A typical Shangri-la character.
If you want to wonder around the town/city, the hotel is too far away. Taxi is recommended as public transport is miles away.

Even it was only short stay, only 1 night, but I did enjoy my stay there at Putrajaya Shangri-la. The staffs were friendly & informative. The accommodation was spacious & very lovely :) I was in the room which just few steps to the pool... The view from the pool was just breath-taking :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A bit far from local attraction but really good for true relaxation
