This hotel is attached to a massive theme park - great for entertaining the kids, not so great for business travellers. Things I didn't appreciate were being woken in the middle of the night by a bellboy bringing me a double adapter I didn't request. Internet not working for close to 24 hours. Hotel refusing to provide stamps for postcards. The nose from the disco nearly drowned me out, I had three consecutive nights of thumping music that didn't stop till well after 3am and it was very distressing. When I complained the hotel told me that they were there to run a business. Furniture in my room was cheap and the wardrobe door actually splintered and nearly came off the hinge. I would class this as a 3 star hotel. I would not want to stay there again.

Taxis ordered from hotel were double the street price.
Hotel is a long way from the CBD in Kuala Lumpur.
Room service food arrived cold.
Internet is provided via a coax cable and is unreliable.
- Shopping Tip : hotel is attached to a great shopping complex with excellent bargains. Some restaurants in the shopping centre provide excellent value for money and tasty food.

The Sunway lagoon is closed on Tuesdays. Do take note when you plan your stay if you plan on visiting the park.
This is a 5 star hotel not 4 star

A huge mall is next to it so travelling out far to shop is no longer a necessity.
