4-Star Hotel 2 Star Standards
Close to LRT Station
Horrible service at reception - very very slow. Room condition very run down - not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Worst Stay
It is overrated and not worth for the value we paid. The room condition is horrible. The bathroom door has fungus, and the floor carpet was torn. Even though we requested to have a non smoking room, however, the room has cigarette smells. The bathroom towers was torn out, it seems that the hotel never change the bathroom towers accordingly. The breakfast of the hotel was not served accordingly. The signage of the food stated is "sambal udang", but there is only onion and chili paste in it. The staffs are unfriendly, no smile, treated the guests as the guests are troublesome them. I have left a letter to the management for the above issues.
