They did not have the room I reserved available at for my stay so they gave me a room with two beds instead. The shower was dirty and the cleaning staff came only three times outof the week I was there. Wifi is available in the lobby only. The bed was substantially more comfortable than I initially gave it credit for. The staff did NOT understand my American accent so them saying they knew English ended up meaning very little.

Old Hotel at strategic Location.

it is an old hotel and required refurbishment and some stuff need to be chance. found several cockroach in the room during my stay but it is located at the strategic location. i had a meeting at maju tower building. so it very convenient for me just for a few minute walk. thanks for saving my time.

Quality Hotel without Quality Service

When we checked in there were 3 receptionist at the counter but none of them greeted us and we had to make ourselves get noticed by them. No eye contact and not even a smile for any of the guests. We had to wait as they could not find our booking but the receptionist, Hasfi(trainee) did not offer any explanation and I had to ask what was going. Ms Rossie (receptioinst) did not even look up from the computer screen to offer any help. But we did get our room after a few minutes of checking by the staff. We did not get connecting rooms as requested but we were ok with it. We also asked for extra towel for our daughters but was told that it was not allowed as the housekeeping staff told us that towels are given according to number of pax registered. And again we were ok with it as we are not demanding guests! But what we would like to complain is our frustration on the service given. There is totally no eye contact, smile and warmth from the staff.
Hotels guests who park their cars at the hotel parking needs to climb the staircase while carrying luggages to reach hotel lobby. There should be a lift from the parking to the lobby.
When we checked out no bellman offered any assistance with the bags.

well located hotel, which is clean and comfortable to stay in. staff are helpful and pleasant.the restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which are reasonable.

I have nothing really bad to say about the Quality Hotel City Centre. It's a pretty standard hotel however the curtains on the windows do not close fully making it impossible to make the room dark for sleeping - that makes for early morning wake-ups.
The food in the restaurant was tasty and large in portion.
Travel tip:
AGODA this is for you!
I spent three hours looking for the Hotel! The only address I had was a street name and a Post Office Box, no street number. With Kuala Lumpur's one-way traffic system my GPS kept sending me around in circles. Can you please ensure we have a street number for the Hotels.
