Great location with shopping areas

the hotel is very clean and nice and is worth the money. the hotel facilities is ok, shopping mall just around the corner such as sogo, pertama complex and also few minutes away from klcc. no good from basement parking to hotel lobby to carry big luggage as there is no lift. the location is good because the lrt is near by. if can please put a large signboard of the hotel so that easy to search (first time).

the hotel is located at town area. near to shopping area like sogo, jalan tar and also bukit bintang.
the deluxe room is spacious with two queen bed and can accommodate 4 adults.
the food is also nice.

was good and enjoy stay, the hotel is very near with shopping mall - sogo, the hotel also provide a transportation to whom interested to go to klcc, bukit bintall and etc...very good staff - friendly. one of the special about this hotel is about the food, very good, good manager, but the hotel need to upgrade or modification other than that is ok.

we thought that we are placed on the non smoking floor.when we enter the elevator, it smells so bad. when we enter the 9th floor for our room then we noticed that there are no non smoking floor.we call for the receptionist as the room are smell bad too but they said there are no room available for non smoking.we are so disappointed as we are bringing along our 2 months old baby and 2 of little girls, the air in the hotel are very unhealthy.all of our clothes were smell bad too.
Travel tip:
very near to sogo shopping mall. that is the only reason why we are staying here.

The worst hotel I have never been

The worst is the staff. They are unpolite, ineffective and rude. We almost lost the flight nevertheless we booked a taxi with the hotel, taxi never came, but we had to pay previously.
The rooms are old, very dirty and noisy.
Don´t go.

The hotel should have more channels for astro and with a flat screen tv.
