Great location however rooms needs to be upgraded

the room we stayed at we could smell the paint, the rooms need to be more clean as some of the things there are old and dusty, especially in the bathroom.
Shopping Tip:
SOGO shopping centre is near by, about 7minutes walk.

I've been staying for 2 days at the Quality. The stay was really nice and so are the staff, in the end I was almost sorry to leave.
There's a Bersih 3.0 rally during my stay and I can see police beating/kicking the Bersih protestor from my room.
When the police fire the tear gas gun, the first floor level up to floor three can smell the gas. PDRM is so brutal, especially the fucking SB(special branch.
Overall.Great location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near to Dataran Merdeka, Sogo. Walking distance to Bandaraya LRT Station and Bank Negara KTM Komuter.

good location as it is near the monorail that could take you to bukit bintang area...if you plan on going other places using lrt or ktm, then it would be a bit troublesome...
rooms is nice with large beds and clean..
the pool looks really nice although did not use it...

A nice welcoming experience. It's home away from home. Staff at the check-in counter make me feel welcome during checking in. Fast and efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Counter staffs were smiling, that makes the customer feel honoured. Assured safety during the stay, looks like all safety equipments are n place manly in guest room. Will stay again in my next visit.

this is my 10th times staying in the hotel. well, sogo is my wife's favourite shopping place in kl. so, she can spend hours there with the kids. furthermore, i can catch any meetings in kl by lrts.

I enjoyed very much while I stay in Quality Hotel. The staff are quite good and very helpful. They have the good facility of gym and pool. The location of the hotel is good. It is very near from KL Sentral LRT Station. It is also very near to the Bank Negara Malaysia Comuter Train Station. There are many shopping Malls are nearby of the hotel. I Enjoy the shopping with The Mall named Sogo. Finally my staying with Quality Hotel was very good.

Lovely Hotel and good service from front office
Large rooms, more paces to walk around in the rooms.

Rooms space is what I like most. with 2 young children, the rooms is comfortable for us.
The nice scenery for the swimming pool as well.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is in central of the town. Easy access to the shopping complex (Sogo) and Chow Kit. Just 5 minutes walk from hotel

i've book a deluxe room but upgraded to club room due to fully booked. many thanks to the front desk staffs. they're very nice & smile always.
even get a club room, it's not maintained properly as found cockroaches, no enough lighting & no water pressure for hot water shower. if you turn to normal it's have a high pressure & if for hot water, it's sucks.
informed to front desk about cockroaches & a lady said will spray but never as no smells so.
about the hot water shower, i've inform front desk & also direct inform the maintenance but he said it's like that, cannot do much as it's a centralised controlled. many thanks for their hospitality. i imagine i'm at waterfall when have a shower :( but for early morning shower, it's killing.
got parking underground but no lift to lobby. you have to carry your luggage using staircase to lobby.
overall, if for business trip it's ok coz you just go & have a sleep, that's all. if for family & children, not recommended at all.
Restaurant Tip:
There is Indian Nasi Kandar Penang (Lotus) opposite to the road (walking distance) but no other restaurant nearby. SOGO Shopping Centre nearby & no other attraction for walking distance.
