Hotel stay was comfortable, room was clean.
Good room, centrally located hotel, with PUBs happening at night.

Front line counter staff were not friendly enough, they didnt know if the hotel room actually has wifi infact they told me only lobby has Wifi.
The food at Kopi Tiam was miserable. Glass Table top were not safe as they have sharp edges and narrow. Children are vulnerable to hit their head at this sharp edge.
Not much variety in food, only two elderly waitress were friendly rest were on their blues including the indian manager.
Definately not coming here anymore.

Slow internet speed and poor lift management

Not suitable for family with small children or pre-teen child. A bit noisy during the night. Serving same breakfast everyday. Other than that, a good place to stay in... The best is to check-in in the evening. I got upgraded to premier room as the were out of deluxe room....
