CLose to food and massage areas, cheap.
Taxi drivers will take a lot more than it is to get there from the Sky bus terminal.
Nice Hotel, staff very helpful good English, clean and basic, good for a transit hotel for a night or two in KL.
Nightlife Tip : CLose to bars and nite life action plus restaurants.

Spacious rooms, good locality, very nice service
Laundry service can be made available in 24 hrs.
We have stayed in the hotels for 5 days where we feel at home. Very near to tourist attraction like KL tower, Twin tower, puthraya. Surround by many restuarants where you can get different types of foods. Good choice for your tasty buds. If we get a chance to visit Malaysia again, surely we will opt for this hotel. Good value for the money. We had very nice, pleasant stay through out the trip. Thanx Agoda
Shopping Tip : BB plaza, Low yat shopping complex are at walkable distance. Low yat is a paradise for electronic gadgets. Very near to sultan ismail and BB MRTs.

The room space was big enough for 3 persons and the necessary room facilities were almost available. All personals were friendly and support what we need and assisted us whatever we asked. Security did their duty very well.
Safe was available but defect. One of our blankets was unclean and we had called room service to change it, but after two hours one room boy came with bed sheet without blanket. After we explained about the blanket, another room boy came again but again with bed sheet without blanket. Finally the third room boy came with blanket. We were extremely annoyed as we found out that blood drop was on the bed sheet of our extra bed.
We suggest that hotel renovation is extremely necessary as the room walls are not sound proof.

The location of the hotel is closed to shopping centres and food centre.
Service and condition of the room.
The housekeeping service was terrible. 1. Arriving at the hotel with no porter,we had to carry the bags up ourselves. 2. The door of the toilet was in terrible condition. The bottom part of the door was wearing off. 3. We left one of our hotel swipe card in the room, and the housekeeper took it as they ran out of the swipe card while they put the roller bed for us. So, we called receptionist to have our card back and requested to change our roller bed as the bed is damped. The housekeeper came and passed us the swipe card but refused to change our roller bed as he requested us to call receptionist again. Then, we called the receptionist to ask them to change the roller bed. Then they changed it but there was a big blood stain on the bed sheet. So, we have to call receptionist again (we have to call them 3 times to get the housekeeping to change it). 4. Bathroom has ants and cockcoaches. 5. The room service's menu is limited. This hotel is the worst hotel that I ever stayed.

Location was great for shopping, sightseeing and local amenities
Hotel Dated has a very tired look
There ws 5 of us in the party, we got two rooms one double and one triple, the tripple felt very cramped as there was not enough room for 3 single beds. The location of Radius Hotel was so great, it had all the main shopping malls and the landmark of KL the Petronas Twin Tower. On several occasions we walked to the Petronas Twin Towers as you can find a short cut directly opposite the hotel entrance, at the same time if you get a metered taxi it works out very cheap only if the taxi driver put the meter on, Word of advise try not to go for the taxis waiting out side the hotel they won't put the meter on and ask for alot of money. You will find lots of places to satisfy your culinary demand. The hotel staff relatively helpful to any guest but there's also some aspects to improve such as staffs capability to communicate and give more information about attractive sites in KL and also improvement in room facilities as the rooms are very dated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : All the main shopping mall very close espicially the Low yat computer malls

The hotel is in an excellent position. Good access to the shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. Close to the monorail station which allows you to get to most areas of interest in a short time. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Good amenities.Caters to all ages and we will definately stay here whenever we go back to Kuala Lumpur.

Centrally located in Bukit Bintang area. Close proximity to shopping centres and dining outlets and night entertainment clubs.
Not very Clean and very run down. Management has neglected the maintenance and the housekeeping leaves alot to be desired.Breakfast was so so.
When we tried checking in at 12pm , They told us that they had a room with two single beds as requested but that we would have to come back later at 2pm. When we returned slightly after 2 we were told that there was only rooms with single king size beds available and we were given an additional single supplement. The bed mattress was way beyond its useful life and the did not provide any support.. we complained to the front desk staff and it was only after much persuasion that they agreed to change our room to a better one on the higher 15th floor.
Wardrobe was broken and had no doors! The furnishings were spartan and compatible with those found in budget hotels.. There was no towels in the room and we had to call housekeeping to get them to bring it for us.Overall not very satisfactory... if you must stay ...request for the higher floors from the 15th floor on wards... as they seem to be better maintained.
Travel tip : Very close to Bukit Bintang where a lot happens...

Located in the centre of the city, very close to a good selection of bars and restaurants and within within walking distance of major sightseeing attractions.
Extremely dated rooms. Poor service from reception staff.
Other than it's central location and decent 'Asian style' karaoke located in the 1st floor lounge, I cannot provide any other positive feedback regarding this hotel.
The room price may well be cheap but for good reason! The rooms are extremely dated and badly in need of a refurb. There was an extremely nasty smell in my (Supposedly premier) room which I attributed to unserviced air-con unit. I also had faults with the taps in my shower and sink, plus a faulty tv remote - In the hotel's defence these problems (with the exception of the air-con) were fixed within 24 hours.
I also had to have my room key reset constantly by reception after trailing all the way to the 17th floor to find it wasn't working (again) - This happened 7 or 8 times over my 4 day stay.
Overall I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Maybe I was particularly unfortunate with the problem I encountered but there always seemed to be a number of guests at reception in a similiar position! My recommendation would be to find another hotel in a similiar location.
Restaurant Tip : Visit the Magnificient fish 'n' chips bar which is located on the same street. This place beats anything I've had anywhere in the UK and is a must try! The chef is English.

Location is near many department stores. Good for the money. Good Irish pub across the road, to watch Aussie football. Pool area Ok. Breakfast good. Shower water pressure fantastic.
Rooms need a revamp. Television stations are crap
Best shopping probably at China Town (Watches & T shirts). Great food and price at Old Town Coffee at Central shopping Centre at Chinatown.
Hotel Feature Tip : Check in, is not until 2.00 PM. They stick to this in Malaysia

In my room, I can see the tower, very beauty at night. The place of hotel is very good, near shopping mall like BB Plaza, Lot 10, monorail station, very near JALAN ALOR. Even walk to Pudu bus terminal just only 15 mins. My child love the swimming pool so much, my husband and I love to read at poolside

the improve the hygiene problem in room
the hotel should improve their hygiene condition at room. the blanket had ugly spot. the carpet looked dirty with lots of spot. the hotel should provide tooth brush and tooth paste etc. the television network wasn't good enough that the image always blur. the channel of the television was not same as the television channel card which was written by hotel. however, the hotel was in the popular place which is near by jalan alor street. if the hotel improve their faults, they can come up to 5 stars+ hotel and attract many tourist to choose the hotel.

Slow check-in, Old carpets, rooms on the 2nd level looked more like resorts.
When we arrived at the hotel, the exterior looked decent. however, once we entered the hotel, the troubles started. The air con in the lobby seemed to be out of order, the staff were unequipped to handle the high reservation volume. Check-in officially is 2pm. I arrived at 3pm, and my request for double bedding was not met with the excuse that it is only upon availibility - I can understand this, but my friend who checked-in 5 mins later got it. Only after speaking the the manager did I get what I wanted. He was really helpful, but I think it was too little too late. The impression of the hotel has already been tanished.
The rooms were not too dirty, but the carpet was old and seriously needed some upgrade. The sheets also had some stains, although small, it was visible. Given the amount we paid, I believe we could have found something better.
Nightlife Tip : It is located on the same street as about 20 to 30 bars and pubs.

The location was very good near Bukit Bintang, shopping centres, monorail station and restaurants.
The room walls are very thinny and we were disturbed by the shoutings and loud voices of our neighbors. The door slams were heard almot every morning even at night. Renovation is deem necessary
