it was easy access to everywhere i needed to go and food street like jalan alor, shopping street at bukit bintang are all walking distance from the hotel, moving around with lrt is so easy, taxi available everywhere

Great location with very bad service
The hotel is nicely located in a bustling tourist area, minutes away from Bukit Bintang

The hotel is in a good location within Bukit Bintang, steps away from a host of food choices. Service sucks -- receptionists were poorly trained on how to address and serve customers. They were all pretending to be busy and wouldn't even greet you even if you stand in front of them for an hour. The 1st receptionist that served us put us in a hotel with wet carpet and broken furniture. When we asked for a change, the 2nd receptionist acted as if she was doing us a favor. This hotel's only service salvation are the porters.
Restaurant Tip:
Try out the Chinese restaurants lining the street 2 blocks away from the hotel. They're superb.

nice locations. rooms are old but sheets are clean. buffet dinner is very good.
Shopping Tip:
Depends what you want to buy. For electronics low hat plaza is a good choice.

Nightlife Tip:
this hotel at bukit bintang area, so very easy to see nightlife. u just walk turn right & u can find a beatifull nightlife. also many kind of food u can try.

The room was pretty small . The telephone wire connection was bad. Had to jiggle the wire repeatedly to get a connection just to call room service. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was reasonable.
Nightlife Tip:
Plenty of places within walking distance for nightowls :)

I have stayed before. this time I was asked to show my passport, but I didn't have it. The desk clerk booked me in (but not without a little kerfuffle), but she did upgrade me to a better room (queen bed instead of twin). Breakfast is very disappointing, but the coffee is not too bad.

Nice hotel in the center of Bukit Bintang, room was very big for a family but there is a little lack on the supporting equipment like television but for overall the facility and service was very good.

Nice place to shooping, only 5 minutes by walk to reach the center of Bukit Bintang Mall
