Pretty standard 3star hotel
I love the fact that it is centrally located, very near the major shopping and pubbing district.

It was pretty ok. I didn't expect more from a 3-star hotel. But they do have some odd guidelines which I feel they should use on a case-to-case basis such as not giving 2 key cards for the room, knowing that there are 2 guests staying there.
Also, they do not readily provide extra towels upon request, instead you need to exchange towels (dirty for clean one). Make up of room each day is also not consistent. Some days they will top up the towels and toilettries, and others they won't.

In general it was good. Since we arrived the carpet was wet, we requested it to be dried but it was never been fixed. All others are excelent.

Sadly, this is my first negative review I've ever left. There are so many hotels in the Bukit Bintang area and many better options and value for money. The best thing about the Radius is the location, and the room service is quick and reasonably priced. Sadly, that's about all I found it had going for it. The sheets weren't changed in the 4 days we were there (I can live with that) but we had to ask for towels and toilet paper each time the room was made up. One night the room still wasn't made up at 9pm despite us being out all day. We were waiting for them to finish so we could go to bed. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days and the towels stunk like my gym towel-before it's been washed. There was no hot water and the light would go out in the lift and it would jump between floors. While at reception I heard one man complain he hadn't had any running water for 2 days. Breakfast is ok as long as you don'rt mind watered down baked beans.

Not worth the amount I paid. NO wifi in room. Old fashioned CRT TV that cannot watch any programs (Guessed the antenna is not properly fixed). Long quene for breakfast.
