great locaton but rooms need refurbishing

Breakfast not included but had a reasonable a la carte breakfast . bed was comfortable nowhere to put 2 suitcases except on floor only stayed one night so did not benefit or try out sevices and features of the hotel. Booked another night on arrival but had to cancel as could not cancel hotel in Tana rata, hotel was very good about the change

the hotel is located in bukit bintang area, that is within golden triangle of kuala lumpur, and within 5 minutes walking distance can access to kl monorial station that you may travel kuala lumpur area conveniently. nearby to the hotel there was a lot of local food and restaurants. also there was many reflexology shops.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang area near to shopping complex like Pravillion, Lot 10, Sungai Wang Plaza, Times Square and so on within 5 minutes walking distance.

Hotel room is big but I think the hotel need renovation. Location very good , around the hotel got many food stall and walk about 15 minutes to shopping mall.

the hotel is located in a very strategic and convienent location in the heart of kuala lumpur's shopping district. all the shopping malls are within a 5 to 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. also nearby there are convienence stores and a good variety of food outlets ranging from fast food chains,international restaurants to sidewalk local fare. the breakfast served at the hotel is good and substantial.

Great location, but watch out for standard rooms

i had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, booking a standard room. the room they gave me was on an upper floor, but it was very noisy as it was next to a bank of elevators. upon inquiring about changing rooms, i was moved down the hall to a superior room.
i also booked a standard room for this stay and when i asked for a high floor i was told that all of their standard rooms were on the 2nd floor. when i arrived at the room i was shocked! not only was it small, but it had no small refrigerator (which i need for medicine), had not closet (just a short rod hanging on the wall with 3 hangers, had no room safe, 1 wall was painted in very large blocks of red and white, and the room was depressing! when i returned to the desk to inquire about changing rooms, it would not be possible. i asked to speak with a supervisor who managed to find a room on the top floor. on the door of the room it said it was a premier room. don't know what that means as it was basically identical to the superior room i had stayed in before. the premier (or superior) rooms are just fine and i have no complaints about them. the view from upper floors is wonderful if your room is on the outside part of the building. next time i visit kl, i will most definitely compare the cost of the superior room with those standard rooms in other hotels.

Ideal location complemented by good facilities.

radius is fitted to look like a five star accommodation, and in many aspects, appears to be so. i have no complaints as i received all the attention i demanded, and reserve my compliments especially to the manager, who waived the charges my late checkout time, although i had offered to pay for it. this hotel is popular and busy. but ifyou're patient with the staff, they can be patient with you too. great value for money!

the hotel location is good, i stayed in a deluxe non-smoking room which is quite good even if the bed and the room is not that new. the staff is polite.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you can walk around the hotel, there are many restaurants and shopping places, but be careful with "grab and run"

the atmosfare of this hotel is very nice. all the servises like food, bevarage, customer care, hospitality very good.i am pleased on the behaviour of all the stuff. the construction looking good. it have a all kind of ability to stay or visit.i desire to visit it again nexttime.
