strategic but noisy and not clean

We stayed on 6th floor. When we checked our room, we found several small cockroach (which we did find), basin not working properly and no towel given. So we called the housekeeping and let them fix it when we were out at the hotel.
The hotel was strategic for dining and shopping. It was closed to malls and Alor street.
At night we wanted to watch the TV but again we were dissapointed because only local channel with bad signal so the facility was useless. And we again found small cockroach at mini bar and the tissue placed at the bathroom. We were also disturbed by a night club nearby the hotel. Luckily since we were tired, we still could have a sleep.

For the price , the rooms are reasonably maintained and ranks probably a 3 Star , however if shopping is your cup of tea then, accommodation will just be secondary , hence a good budget hotel with a good location to access the Bukit Bintang area. However, the breakfast is below par and lacks varieties !
Shopping Tip:
BUkit Bintang area , Sugei Wang , BB plaze , Lot 10, Pavilion, Farenheit etc !

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is located on a quieter street off the main road in Bukit Bintag and is across the street from some very laid back pubs and restaurants. The room condition and paint were very dated but I was attracted the lower price. I checked out after only staying one day because the hallway and my room smelled like bug spray. It was a smell I could only bear for one night so I decided to move to another hotel. If they renovated and updated the rooms they could charge higher prices and would be able to take advantage of their location because it is one of the better locations in Bukit Bintag. The room service is much cheaper than other hotels in the area.
Restaurant Tip:
Great restaurants and laid back pubs with a couple of night clubs are in front of the hotel. These places are not that loud so you will not have to worry about the noise.

The hotel looks good, but the bathroom is not very clean. Shower water pressure is too weak really need to fix it.
The overall is acceptable with the price pay for.

Restaurant Tip:
near the hotel jln ah loh have plenty of restraunt serving variety of foods mouth watering. nightlife walking distance jln changkat nice pubs, most place walking distance and convience.
