Great location but obsolete facilities
Located in Golden Triangle
5.3
the hotel is located in golden triangle of kuala lumpur where the are many shopping complex and hawker center. the hotel looks great but obsolete facilities, old model and type of tv, bath room out of maintenance, internet wi-fi very poor, and room bad smell. overall i like it location and front couter service.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel located within walking distance to shopping complex like Sungai Wang, Times Square, Lot 10, Pavilion, Plaza Low Yet and so on. Surrounding there were many hawker center and restaurant. Beside all this, there were many reflexology center too charge at reasonable price. Within walking distance also can get monorail station.

I am very very upset with the stay there. I have booked 6 rooms for myself & my friends but the inexperience was very very bad.
The hotel rooms was very old & dirty. Some of the rooms do not provide the neccessary towels/etc; we called for room services; nobody pick up the call.. call the hotel reception nobody pick up~very slow services.
Secondly, we did not know that it is very near to re-light district that it was very noisy at night.

We had a very very terrible stay at Radius Hotel.
Services very slow in responses.
Secondly, it is very near to red-light district.
Thirdly, it is very noisy at night..
There is one foreigner push open my friend's room door..
Highly not recommended.

A very disappointing stay at this hotel after having been there three times before. The front counter staff (young lady) was abrupt and unhelpful. They no longer had a bellhop to assist with luggage to the room and on arrival there the room was musty, wet carpet at bathroom door, basin tap running and we were unable to turn it off during our two night stay. The bed cover was unpressed and not quite sure if the sheets had been changed from the previous guest. On awakening the next morning we had no hot water at all, and the cold shower not very pleasant as we were unable to turn the air-conditioner up to a comfortable temperature. We went to down to the lobby and requested that it was repaired which was done by the time we had eaten our breakfast which was quite good apart from the very overcrowded dining area. Overall we were disappointed as the location is quite good but we will not stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Sungei Wang and Lot 10 and great eating market in Jalan Alor

Big hotel, worn, but great location and value
Pool, large rms; fabulous location
7.3
This hotel was as the travel advisories advised: worn, but big, full of amenities (some of which out of service), but in a fantastic location, and all in all, a great value. Housekeeping staff was quite attentive.
Travel tip:
If worn carpeting and non-updated bathrooms don't do you in, this is a fine place. The pool is really large, if filled with too many children.

Great Location - You get what you pay for.
Location is fantastic. Beds are comfy. Breakfast selection reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.
7.7
this hotel is certainly right in the heart of kl shopping district. there are also many restaurants for all budgets located within walking distance. the main attractions are all within a short trip either on the monorail or lrt. the hotel is 3 star and was clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast is buffet style catering mainly for the asian tastes, however is sufficient. bathroom was in need of repair - eg lose tiles, but saying this the shower had good water pressure and towels were replaced daily. staff were helpful with all enquiries. if you are after a budget hotel to use for just sleeping you couldn't go past this.
