location, price

rooms smelly

we had arrived there late at night and was greeted well at check in. When we arrived in our room, the room was smelly and the sheets were dirty. Although the location of the hotel wasnt bad and there were lot of yummy food downstairs and was convenient. I guess overall, what you pay for the room is not bad.

Restaurant Tip : great food downstairs near the hotel.... great variety...

best location nice staff fast service good wi-fi

old hotel, thus, shows signs of age, like the bathroom door didn't close and the door knob was defective, so we had to call maintenance to fix it up.

The place is easy to access: from the airport, we just rode the bus to Radius and they brought us to the doorstep. There are convenience stores just outside the hotel where we got the adaptor for the chargers and it is also close to the malls for some needs like money changers and groceries. The staff is good and hospitable and they graciously allowed us to extend for another hour after the 12:00 nn cut-off. The wi-fi of the hotel is fine and easy to access and most of all, it is free. However, the hotel has shown signs of age and the bathroom door didn't close and the bathroom doorknob was defective. The service, however, was fast so they fixed up the problem right away. The coffee shop was fine but not extraordinary. But, I guess the price of the hotel is quite fine compared to other hotels in the listing, so its flaws are acceptable to us.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : As much as possible, tell the taxi drivers to use meter...we paid for an RM 8-10 ringgit (Radius to Petronas) or even a RM 20 trip (Petronas to Central Market) when it was negotiated. However, a trip by meter (as negotiated with a Malaysian friend from Central Market to Radius) was only RM 5. Beware of the taxi drivers, they say meter, but they didn't put down the meter, when we went from Radius to KL Tower!

Location - wonderful array of western and local eating options right outside the door.

Badly in need of renovation. Staff badly in need of customer focus training.

This hotel should be closed and renovated. The basic infrastructure is there but it is tired in the extreme. In so doing there needs to be a complete re-vamp of procedures and training of staff to bring it up to hotel norms. For example when you try to make a city call you are told to come down to reception and lodge a deposit. Such things are dealt with at time of check in by hotels who know what they are doing. KL has plenty of very good hotels - stay there not at this one.

Restaurant Tip : Right opposite the hotel is Yoko's Japanese Restaurant. Well worth a visit.

Good Location and there is a huge food market just outside the hotel if you are into Chinese Food, Decent Room for the price

The walls in the room are very thin, so privacy is limited, I could hear what was going on in the ajoining rooms

This is a decent hotel for a 3*, which has a decent location since it is just 2 minutes walk from the happening part of Bukit Bintang. When you are staying here, try not to have your meals in the hotel as there is one of the largest street food stalls just 1 minute walk away, where you can experience truly malaysian food

good location, Pool

Bathtub tiles were kind of grotty....

I think the location of the hotel is about the best feature of the hotel itself.. The bathroom was kind of grotty, but all in all, all you really do is take a shower and the essentials anyway..... Staff was friendly and helpful.. I would stay here again, but just because of the location.....Hopes this makes it easier for you to decide where to stay......

Accessibility of several shopping centres, LRT station, eating places, reflexology and fish spa. Efficient in house keeping. Friendly and dependable staffs. Reasonable price.

Not much tv channels are available. Lack of sockets in the room and facilities in the hotel itself.

The location of Radius International Hotel provides an easy access to several shopping centres such as Lot 10, Sungai Wang, BB Plaza, Berjaya Time Square, KLCC, etc. They are of walking distance. Even the train station is at a walking distance. The ambience of the room is splendid. Enough pillows were provided. The House keeping was excellent, eventhough you did not request for your room to be clean, they will eventually do it for you. Overall, I enjoy my stay at Radius International and would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

We found the hotel to be in a great location being close to Jalan Alor for night market eating and also three main shopping plazas, Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and BB Plaza, where we found a myriad of things to buy at reasonable prices. Going out of the hotel to the left we found many more great restaurants and drinking holes - pleasant times for watching the world go by. Breakfast included was good.

Whilst the staff were most helpful, we were misinformed on our departure the first time to be told that we could have a late check out until 1800 at no extra cost, but would need to pay RM100 for time after that. When we returned for our second stay we were told that this was not so and we were required to pay the RM100 to stay until 1800. Both my husband and myself were adamant that we had understood the first assistant's statement but unfortunately we could not remember his name to have this verified. Perhaps it would be helpful if there was some late checkout information on your sites for all hotels as many people, I am sure, would require this facility.

I found the Radius to be quite comfortable, the rooms large in comparisan to some we have stayed in and the tea and coffee making facilities are always a bonus. Unfortunately the bathroom was very tired and requires a major clean up. There is mould on the tiling which came off on my fingernail without much effort and could therefore have been sparkling with a little bit of elbow grease.

Restaurant Tip : Am unable to recall the name of the restaurant we ate at in Jalan Alor but they had red plastic chairs and the food was terrific and the beer icy cold. It was about the fourth one down on the left.

Location, Price and convenient

feel like the room is like those living quarters for foreign workers. bathroom is small. Maybe it is only for standard room which does not book with breakfast? Only 1 elevator serving to this room.

helped to book this room w/o Breakfast for a friend of mine. Was shock to see that the room is like those living quarters for foreign workers. I have stay in this hotel for around 2 times and this is the 1 time i see this type of room. only 1 Elevator is serving room on 2M. i guess all the people staying in level 2M will experience inconvenient. Bathroom very small, room feel like last min room.

Clean room, ease in checking in and out. Has a multi storey car park. good for biker like myself to park our bike in the hotel. Has Spa which is very affordable for both guys and gals.

bathroom facility a bit old, bit acceptable. Breakfast selection limited and something not enough spoon and fork to go around. nothing much to complain about for that price

i often ride my bike with my group of friends to KL and stay in Radius hotel. It has lot of space in the carpark for customer like us to park our bike in the hotel. feel safe and need not worry anything bad happens to our bikes. Room is clean and usage of Keycards is very convenience. just slip it into wallet and we are ready to go out for shopping and other activites.

Restaurant Tip : jalan alor is very near and there are tons of good food there.
