House Keeping staff is totally inefficient. The hotel has a good location but the staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is also of poor quality. No concept of cleanliness. Called Housekeeping staff 3 times but there was no response. Rooms are big but there was smell in the carpet.

Rooms are Cheap and thats what you get. Pool is ok too.
Travel tip:
use airasia but to KLCC then walk up to 1st level go and get a taxi chit to go to your hotel,time square has taxi chits allso. Use the Chit then you dont get ripped off..

great location but bad hotel

The rooms were very badly maintained, the old fasioned tv hardly worked with a poor choice of channels. The room was full of bed bugs, one of the worst experienes I have ever had in a hotel. Not worth paying that kind of money for extremly bad service and very dirty bed bug ridden rooms. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

this was my 2nd time at the radius. i was happy with the general standard of the hotel. the kettle in my room didn't work but was swiftly replaced by a member of staff. most of the big shopping centres, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. recommended for a weekend stay in kl.

we fast arrived and saw that agoda made a mistake that booked for the next month but because the printout was wuth me which was on time they were in a stake what to do.afterwords they found out room for me but in the premier room and this is very good for me and family. but i was happy on that time because the hotelconfirmed the booking with agoda and took the decision on time and let me in in a better room. thnaks to the hotel and agoda
Restaurant Tip:
THe hotel is in a place beside all kind of restaurens and attactions and anyone stay in this hotel will find the place very causi.

Rooms are Ok, but unfortunatly they didnt have drinking water bottles.......... and when we went ther it was Raining and when i asked for an umbrella they didnt have. Good for Just to stay

The room was old and especially the bathroom furniture a bit rotten with usage. location is quite satisfactory.
Shopping Tip:
Bukit Bintang area quite close.
