Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Everthing is good except the condition of the room. Renovation and room facilities should be upgrade.
Shopping Tip:
Best location for shopping and massage in Bkt Bintang by just walking in few minute.

Price is good for its location

the hotel rooms are not in good condition. the carpet looks very jaded.bathtub curtain are torn. bed are not firm. there is a major need to revamp the hotel. the price reflects the condition of the hotel. the only good point is the price and the location. it is indeed within the major shopping belt and within reach of all the major offices and business address.

Friendly but needs redoing
great breakfast, friendly staff, decent pool, wifi, music in room

Our room on arrival smelt shabby, and indeed was! The bath water flooded the bathroom floor so we asked for help which came an hour later. Assuring us the problem had been fixed, we had the same problem the following morning so we asked to have the room changed. They unquestioningly upgraded us to a relatively nice room.
Travel tip:
It seems they are renewing their rooms gradually so it's better to get a top floor room (10th floor + up) than any lower level rooms.

A pretty decent hotel with a fabulous location
Close distance to shopping malls, close to food junctions, 7-11 right outside hotel

We stayed for 8 nights at Radius during our trip to KL recently. The room smelled a little of smoke as it was on a smoking floor but it was a pretty spacious room. We had booked a superior room, but got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival.
Staff were very friendly especially the ones at reception. Location was very handy with walking distance to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and Times Square. Food junctions are available very close to the hotel at any time of the day.
The only things that were slightly off-putting were cockroaches scurrying around the rubbish bins close to the lifts. Also, the walls are quite thin, so if you have loud/rowdy neighbours...then good luck ;)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not take the taxis which are waiting right outside the hotel as they tend to overcharge and do not use the meter. When you exit from the lobby, head right, and then turn right at the first junction you see. Lots of taxis go through there, and make sure you ask the taxi driver to use the meter, or wave another taxi down!

Enjoyable and especially the location of the hotel. Only one hotel staff at the reception area is friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is 5mins walk to Bukit Bintang Walk. Very convenient to a lot of eating places and next to 7-Eleven.

we enjoyed our stay with a lot of shopping centres nearby.
Shopping Tip:
very nice hotel with full of facilities, nice compound, friendly staffs, foods are quite nice too in the hotel, the hotel is near to a lot of shopping centres and is a busy street in that area and is easy to look for foods just nearby or at the food court in the shopping mall nearby

Good location but rooms show age
Strategically located within "Golden Triangle" area.

Stay was generally pleasant except that check-in was a bit slow.
Safe deposit box was malfunctioning but they did not bother to replace it.
