The service was good. Perfect location! Right beside loads of great pubs and cheap places to eat, which is good because the food in the hotel was worse than the airplane food on the way over!

Great location but needs a facelift
Located on Bukit Bintang, the most happening place in KL

The hotel had a problem with the pipes, as we were told when we arrived in the wee hours of the morning.We had to wait in a lounge together with other "roomless guests". When it was finally our turn, they said they were updating our room category but with a catch:the location is no doubt the hotel's best asset.
Nightlife Tip:
If there's a place in KL that never sleeps, Bukit Bintang would be it. And the hotel is smack right in the middle of where the action is.

Standard Hotel with bad service

at the first we went to reception, they said our room still in preparation, it was 2.00 PM. So we hanging around for 1 hour and back to the hotel again. We receive the room key.. and when we open our room.... it was so messy.. The cleaning service even not clean it up yet... and the worst thing our room smelled with cigarette smoke. that's really bad service for us...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Quite near from crowded and shopping mall, there so many restaurant outside with 24 hours service.

Worst hotel stay of my life - do not book here!

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. We luckily received a room (after waiting 30 minutes to be served) as we had pre-paid via agoda. However we were woken up at 2:30am to someone in our room (still not sure if they were trying to rob us or had been given the wrong key by mistake as they ran out when we woke up). As we were startled we turned on the lights to find that half of our floor was flooded, there was so much water we thought the room above must have left their bath overflowing so we called reception to have it checked. They promised to send someone up straight away, 3 hours later at 5:30am (after 5 phone calls to reception and a angry march downstairs) they finally sent people to fix the problem which was a broken air-conditioning hose loose in the ceiling, apparently this had happened quite often in the room (a fact they forgot to mention when we called which could have enabled us to at least sleep while we waited for them to come.) 2 hours sleep is not ideal preparation when you have to play sport the whole day! Book at your own peril!

Good place, near by Imbi and BB monorail, Alor food street ... and so many shopping centers
Hotels funitures r almost old, The owners better to rebuild or decoz with new styles ... i prefer everythings in white, its look clean and fresh :)
