very bad rooms bad service

i was regreting by choosing this hotel,,cockroches were in the room ,no fumigation services,house keeping department was very bad,,,very very dissapointing experienc,,,,which ruined my trip,,,

great location but facilities needs improvements
Location is good. Just steps away from the crowd but within reach to amenities.

overall a good stay with promp services. a bit high for budget travellers but its value for money for safety and comfort. for clubbers, what's better then having the pubs just across the street?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do be prepared for chiotic traffics, especially if there is a phublic holiday. Looks like public transport (the MRTs and monorails) are the best way to travel within the city area. Don't be afraid to explore beyond the tourists area for a taste of local life. You will be suprised to find some good food.

Dirty Bed Sheets but good response at last

when i arrived at the hotel i called the operator to complain about the dirt and asked them to send someone to clean and change the bed sheet but i waited for more than five hrs then i called the hotel manager who reacted recently and removed us to another cleaner room.

Hotel was very conveniently located to trains and conveyance. Quite a lot of variety of food available in a number of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Shopping was very convenient and huge selection of malls could be found also within walking distance of the hotel. We found a big advantage in having a travel agent on the premises who were very helpful in suggesting various tour options. Their rates were also quite reasonable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Helpful and friendly Travel agent available on hotel premises for local tours.

It is very suitable for a short trip and your expectation is shopping. You can easily find food around.
But the hotel looks old overall, facilities in the hotel room are so old, dirty blanket and towel...

I traveled with my family to Radius Hotel on the 30th Nov 2010. We got 2 rooms which is kind of dirty and smelly, The following day I found red spots on my two children s body.Then I found thousands of tiny red color bed bugs all over the brown color bed cover.I reported the problem and the hotel staff promise to change our rooms.We left the hotel in the morning to Sunway lagoon and came back in the evening looking forward for a new clean room, But unfortunately they had not arrange a new room.So we had to wait for a while until we get the new room. It was very embarrassing for me in front of my whole family since I am the one who booked the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Many Indian Resturants around the corner for a good meal for low as 5 RM.

we have a short stay in the hotel, it is quite convenient to go to the shopping center such as Pavilion, KK plaza, star hills and sg. wang, but the hotel's room is very old, the hotwater is not that hot, i call the room maintenance to change the light in the bath room twice but no body come.
