great location and view, rooms are fine and clean
the hotel is close to the markets and the shopping centers

it was before cristmass in november i liked the contry the price and everything but the hotel is noisy and its a bit far from the KLCC
Hotel Feature Tip:
cofee tea and water are free everyday refill so dont hesitate in using them and ask the cleaner for extra water

Hotel getting old, customer service still bad

I used to enjoy myself staying at this hotel. However, the hotel is getting really old, and the beds are getting too springy. Breakfast was much better last time. Expect to queue a long time to get served at the reception.

the hotel rooms are decent. some of the beds are pretty old though. perhaps the management could take a look at some of the mattresses as some of them are kind of sunken. the staff is pretty good.

just a luxury stay including the nice pool always coem back to thsi hotel. perfect location , all in walking distance
clean and spacious rooms a bg plus the nice pool
never regret any stay there
i will def come back for my next kl visit
even luxury room may offers a bit more space but with the standard room you get satisfied already.monorail train just around the corner as the shopping mall pavillion is just a stone trow away like lot 10 shopping center .
Travel tip:
always coem back to thsi hotel. perfect location , all in walking distance

The toilet became flooded after taking the shower due to poor design of showing area.

Staff were very helpful and after complaining about the coackroaches, mildewed bathroom, stained bed linen, dirty carpets and hairs around the shower they changed rooms for us. This was marginally better..Also the swimming pool was a bit murky, however we did go in and did not suffer any lurgy after.. The breakfast was in some old style communist food hall that served rubbery fried eggs!!
Travel tip:
If you can afford not to stay at Radius then don't...

Faded elegance

There's no doubting that this would have been quite the property in it's day but, it's faded a little with time though the rooms are apparently receiving progressive TLC to smarten them up.
Our room was one of the un-refurbished ones but, although a tittle tired it was clean and spacious and the (REAL) shower was fantastic with great temperature and water pressure.
The swimming pool area was a great bonus after a long hot day.
The location is perfect being just a 10 minute walk to the monorail station and, for the foodies, one street from the gastronomic delights of Jalan Alor.
The staff were friendly and efficient, even though the hotel was very busy during the time of our stay.
We will definitely be staying here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the City Forest and spend some time wandering around the butterfly enclosure.

Amazing Hotel really a 5* one

It was really an excellent choice to stay in, its located in Between 10 malls and 1 min wake from the Monorail so the location was really perfect, no need to spend any expenses on transportation actually its near everything, the pool was really nice, i do recommend it to everyone

Slow check-in during arrival as the room not ready. It was a good location hotel where easy to find food, dinning, shopping and LRT station. You also easy access to all night life club nearby.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby have many shopping mall which easy to walk thru.

Hotel have a good location to access to either shopping mall, restaurant, club house and attarction places. Easy to get public transport either taxi or LRT (near TIME Square with 10 minutes walking distance).
7 eleven 24hours store is nearby and variety of massage centre is cheap to have try for it.
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of club house with beers and alcohol drinks. After club, still can enjoy local delight foods nearby.
