Lousy service given by the hotel

The hotel is old as you can see the furniture and bath room are not maintained properly, some stain you can see on the bath tube. The breakfast is too simple and tasteless. The facilities provided like toilet roll and compliment botol waters are serve once only even if you are going to stay for more than a day. If you don't believe, you are welcome to give it a try.
Hotel Feature Tip:
do not expect too much of getting good service by the hotel.

Enjoying stay
Love the hotel.. Close to all shopping area and food

Staff member is kinda slow when ask for extra towel.. No refill on mineral water.. But still overall it's good..

Choose this hotel as it close to city centre

Nice room but no tap water for washing privates parts, please install it for user comfortable at toilet (Urinal Areas).
Other equipments is great..better then other hotels.
Shopping Tip:
Walk along Jalan Bukit Bintang....you're can found all things that u want to buy...

It's was a very good hotel location where the places is near to all nite life bar for sit & relaxing. Also very near to Bintang walk hot area....

The location of the hotel is good. We can find many cafes, restaurant, salon, or spa near there.
Guests may explore the KL night life easily. The walking distance to the Sungei Wang, mall is also near.
The location of the hotel is also benefited for those who like to try the local foods. It is located near the Jalan Alor.
However, I personally did not find that my room is comfortable enough.
The smell of the room was not so fresh also.
Nightlife Tip:
The location of the hotel is near to many cafes and center of KL night life.
Thus it is easier for the hotel guests who like to enjoy the KL night life

front desk survice and appearance in reception is good. Unfortunately the standard of the room did not match this. The breakfast area needs upliftment and food limited and very average.
Travel tip:
When booking this hotel ensure that you ask for a room on the higher floors not on second floor . Has no view.

Best location near bukit bintang plaza only 5 minutes walk from hotel.

We enjoy to stay at this hotel and everytime we go to kuala lumpur we stay at this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
we can shopping in the morning and enjoy night lift at the midnight hour

The best place in KL town if you want to do shipping, traffic jam yes between 8.30 to 9.30am n 4pm to 6.30pm. Room service, front desk, bell service, 100 out of 100.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes we will return and stay at this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
use the hop on hop off bus for sightseeing.

I had reservation for 2 nights, I stayed four nights.
Is that not rekommendation?
Normally I have cheaper hotel.
