Great hotel for shopping and sight-seeing stopover
Location, pool, friendly staff, WiFi in rooms
8
We got a free upgrade to Premier rooms so never saw the Superior ones we had booked. Rooms were clean and served their purpose. Everything was in working order, hairdryer in bathroom, TV, fridge, free WiFi, in room safe and the best shower ever in terms of power. The hotel has a really good pool with loads of sun-loungers to keep the tan topped up. Pool towels are also provided free of charge. Buffet breakfast costs per person and menu changes daily but the hotel is literally steps away from hundreds of restaurants / food stalls serving all manner of foods. The free shuttle bus to central market stops directly outside the hotel. The hotel is not for you if you are the type that counts the threads in your cotton sheets but is excellent value for money and leaves in your wallet to spend on the fantastic things Kuala Lumpur has to offer. Would I stay here again ? - yes.

Good Location but some shortcomings
Very near Jalan Alor and just next to a convenience store
7.3
Generally a decent hotel with friendly staff at the concierge and quite speedy check in and check out.
Room is ok
Good location as its very near walk to Jalan Alor for good chinese food and also just next to a convenience store.
Relatively easy to find taxis along the street/just outside of the hotel

We enjoyed our stay
Restaurant Tip:
Good food available around the hotel but decide what you want not what the waiter wants to order for you

Old hotel in a nice location
In a good location. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang station. Morning porter handling the counter near entrance is very helpful and polite. Free WiFi

My mother and I stayed at Radius for three nights, I picked the place because there was an offer for the room.
When we arrived at 11am because of our early flight, there was no room yet and we were told to wait. Acceptable. The porter very kindly told us that we could leave our luggage with him while we go out. We came back around 2pm and was given a room on the 9th floor.
The room was OK, the window really big so there was a lot of sunlight. From time to time, we hear fellow travelers in the corridor, any noise outside can be heard inside. Even the phone ringing next door sounds like it is inside.
The first two nights were good and we slept soundly. But on the third night, which was Deepavali, I was kept up by my neighbor's TV show. I could hear every single word in the action movie and couldn't sleep even until 5am.
Checking out was fast as there was no queue.
Porter helped us get a metered taxi.
More pros: Free WiFi with quite good speed. Ironing board and water refill behind door next to lifts.
Cons: Dirty towels, old building, musty room.
Sadly, I would not stay another time here because of the thin walls. Otherwise it's a good place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxi to KL Sentral from the hotel was RM7++ metered. But we were swindled on our way to the hotel but tout who said RM25. KL taxi drivers are terrible.

Good location but there are alot of cons.
5.7
The bathroom shower water is either too hot or cold, cant adjust to warm. Cupboard for clothes has no door. Televison has no SCV, very limited number of channels. The complimentry breakfast was below average. The room is abit old.

located just off bukit bintang rd, many food outside, lot 10, shopping malls, IT mall, etc
6.7
The location is great, they gave me a VIP room on top floor, but carped was a very dirty.
for use wifi, they didnt provide their own, but i could get one from outside because my room was on 18th floor.
anyway the location is great so you can go to a coffee shop such as Krispy Kreme at Times Square, just. 5 minutes walk and use wifi there.
no breakfast included.
option for late checkout before 6PM for an additional 100RM

Worse ever stay in 4 stars in the region

What a dirty Hotel. Photos seems to have been taken 15 years ago. Rooms are dirty, coridors narrow and dark, Rooms do not have noise isolation,,,, Where do we stop omplaining.. The list is way to long.
Would recommend to stay in Radius only for a short stay of one or two hours......
