Location, location, location...easy accessible to shopping. Rundown place, needs renovation. Rooms pokey. Dining area looks like someplace to stay away from...we didn't eat there. This is a classic case of what you see on the internet is not necessarily what you will get. Price-wise this looks a winner. But when one gets there it's a quick disappointment...it's old and in need of a major overhaul.

Near shopping centre and some good places to visit like petronas, kl tower. Lack of facilities such as snooker pool, gym.
No welcome drink One time I enter the hotel, I like it because they have a friendly bell boy and receptionist.
And I think the room that I stayed there is big enough and fit its cost (because I got the promo price).
But, the room facilities (cooling box / refrigerator, wardrobe, and the spray washer in the bathroom) is not good enough, and I guess it's the worst things I found in some hotels I already visit.

Great hotel for middle budget traveller....I Enjoyed the hotel and location...Thanks Agoda Rooms were not noise shielded.
WIFI was so slow but accptable to check emails and such. The hotel staff were friendly, I checked in within minutes..Room was clean and fully supported. They had WIFI as well which helped me to keep in touch with family and friends.
Shopping Tip : BB plaza, Jalan Bukit bintang and alot more!

the location of hotel at changkat bukit bintang is the best selling point food is average, some local tv channels are not available, several sockets and lamps are malfunction, parking bay at level 2 with a narrow driving lane, beware of kerb at toll house of car exit....several cars have crashed the lamps the total price is expensive considering we have to pay for the tax, additional 15% of the room rate

room not clean. Internet access very weak. If you stay for holiday and not for work it's ok. As for work trip, try RAJ Hotel which is just beside. Very good value for the second hotel.

Great location within 2 min walk to Bukit Bintang Old and needs to be renovated Good location! Close to Bukit Bintang and monoral station. Rooms must be renovated! Old towels. But clean. Pool on the 5-th floor. Breakfast with not a big choice but acceptable. Any way place to sleep in the city centre.

near to bukit bintang walk,just need few minutes by foot this hotel is value for money,the hospitality from staff just so so,but i like the hotel coz near to tourist attraction in kuala lumpur

I really wouldn't bother staying here unless you are a family on a budget possibly. There are far nicer hostels to stay in and in my opinion this place is a complete waste of money. They acted as though they had no idea we had a booking despite showing the agoda booking form. We had to wait 20 mins for them to give us a room. The power in the room kept going and every time we called about a guy would turn up and smack the fuse box with a hammer (lights back on) and leave. We then had some laundry done without realising the price- usually would have cost about 10 ringgit- they charged 100 and lost an item of clothing! then tried to suggest that we were lying about it. All in all a very disapointing expernience. I will not be going back. Oh and the break fast was not even worth eating- far safer to go out on the street
Restaurant Tip : turn right out of the hotel and on your left opposite the guesthouses is a great local place to eat
