The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is moderately nice and have a nice view of the KL tower and KLCC. Improve the amenities-the phone was not working in our room. Highly and strongly recommend to install astro to diversify more choice of tv channels. Conveniently, Radius Int. is situated in the heart of KL city, and adjacent to lotsa fine dine restaurant & night clubs. Services was also very good and fast. Since there was three of us, we ordered an extra beds and within less than an hour, they were able to install the bed although what i understand that it was a busy time. The availability of free car park was the bonus. If you are looking for a convenient, decent place to stay in KL, this is one hotel you can definitely look into!!!

Good location, friendly staff Although this hotel looks nice from the reception. The rooms are dated an unappealing. They are quite simple are in need of a good refurb.
Shopping Tip : Sungei Wang Plaza is within walking distance

good reciption. value for money. very very good location. very convinent place to shop. clenliness very good its a very nice hotel to stay. its the most convineant place to shop, very near to all the shopping malls.very nice specious room. the room is very clean. reciption is good. bathroom is very clean. all the facilities are available in the room. was really satisfied.

- thin walls (sometimes a bit noisy) we enjoyed our stay in the Radius Hotel. It is very close to all the shopping centers. Just in front of the hotels are lovely restaurants. An other plus was the WiFi. The pool was very clean and the view from there is quiet nice! Sometimes you can hear the neighbors because the walls are not as thick.

-In the Changkat Bukit Bintang clubbing district
-Near supper places (Jalan Alor) -Hotel reception staff unfriendly
-Toilet sinks were not working well
-Bedsheets are old and stained I stayed in Radius International while I was in KL from 16 to 19 Oct 2009. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were quite shocked as the pictures from both Agoda and their hotel website were quite misleading. We felt that the pictures were heavily photoshopped to look vibrant.
Though the rooms were not as expected, it's comfortable for two guests in a room. We had another room where we added an extra bed but after adding the bed, there was virtually no space left to move about the room.
Restaurant Tip : Jalan Alor has tonnes of amazingly cheap and nice street food. If you can't take street food, there's a restaurant at Jalan Alor called Dragon View that's slightly steeper than the street side store but offers amazing food quality.

very noisy poor insulation between rooms hotel in very good location within walking distance of lots to see and very near street with lots of food stalls making a very easy night out.The rooms were good clean and tidy with good shower with lots of hot water.
On the down side had to complain twice about the noise from next room at 2 in the morning, seemed to be very poor insolation between the rooms you could here every word.
breakfast was spoiled by hot food been served cold on one occasion i had to ask for my plate of food to be warmed in the microwave.a shame as the selection of food for breakfast was good.

I found the staff (specifically reception, cashier & housekeeping) to be friendly and accomodating. Check-in is 2:00, but because of an early morning flight from Siem Reap, Cambodia I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 pm. I was told that my standard room was not ready, so they were upgrading me to a premium room for my entire stay. They gave me room 1801 (top floor-smoking), however one of the 4 elevators was directly behind my bed. I asked to have my room changed and they were very pleasantly happy to do so
When I went to shower that eveing the shower head flew off, but since I had an appointment to make I showered in the flood of water and reported it the next day. They did fix the problem, not after my call to reception, but after immediately after housekeeping's call. The room was always clean and offered a great view.
And, of course, the location is very good. 1. breakfasts
2. air conditioner
3. comfort of beds
4. hotel computers 1. The breakfasts could be improved for westerners, though I didn't notice many in the hotel. I cannot stomach a friend egg and the cooks made scrambled eggs for me, but were not always happy to do so. I am not a big eater, so I managed fine.
2. The air conditioner was not properly responsive. It didn't matter if I set the temperature at 30 or 15, it always had the same coldness and volume of air - even on low. So I frequently had to turn off the A/C to keep from getting too cold.
3. Beds - the beds (in both rooms) were a big rumpsprung with definite body impressions on both sides of the kind bed. I didn't have trouble sleeping, but I suspect that others might.
4. The 2 computers in the business center were amongst the slowest on the planet. They are not broadband. But I knew an excellent internet shop just 2-1/2 blocks away. however, better & faster computers would be a real plus.
But I would have no hesitation to stay here again.

great location,in heart of bars and restaurants 50 yards from hotel. hotel very very busy,breakfast ok. arrived at hotel,gave my agoda booking form to reception clerk,he stated that i had no booking with the hotel even though i had my booking ref no and copy of booking,he said he would have to talk with his manager,after a long wait he came back and told me that when my booking was made their system was down,they said come back in 2 hrs my room would be ready,the clerk kept my booking copy,i came back 2 hours later,and was told again by new clerk that i had no booking with the hotel,i explained everything again,he went to see the manager,i had long wait again,the manager came out and apoligised,he asked for my booking form i told him that the clerk at reception took it from me,he said that without it he would not know what room i was to have or if breakfast was included,i said if he could let me use their pc,i could get a copy from my email account,their pc did not have adobe 7 so it could not open my booking,in the end they sorted things out,and i had a very pleasent stay there,very good location close to eveything,would definatley stay again.
Nightlife Tip : go out of hotel turn left 1 min walk you have 12 retaurants,and plenty of bars and a night club,in hip area.

Great locationn, room was decent size and clean. Bathroom and plumbing needed work. The shower head sent water all over the bathroom, the toilet was very noisy after flushing and the sink drain did not work Overall, pros outweighed the negatives and I will stay there again next month when I return to KL
Shopping Tip : Convenience stores and restaurants nearby makes things easy

Close to all restaurants and hawkers streets. Lots of electronics shopping close by. 20 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. TV channels in the hotel is limited. Bath room need some improvement too. They upgraded us to a Deluxe room from a Superior room when we checked in but when we got in the room it was dirty, the bed had dirty sheets and they felt damp, there was a cigarette butt on the floor and no in-room safe (which they advertise). We asked to be moved to another room which they did straightaway. The new room was great, had all amenities and was clean and fresh. Apart from that, great service, great location, great price. Will definitely stay there again.
