Location is good, at the center of the city, surrounded by various shopping points, as well as open air eating outlets. The room was overall good, clean condition, just the building itself look kinda old..
I've switched from lower floor to level 11 the next day, however, the noise was still disturbing at night as the surrounding areas are mostly pubs and night clubs and they are mostly operating till very late at night...
Staff overall good, friendly. Food so-so 5/10.

we stayed in room 604 and not happy with the standard of the room. Bathroom shower was broken and no bidet shower. room furniture was not up to the mark.Then we changed the room to the 18th floor and was happy with the room.

my sister recomended me this hotel for staying at kualalumpur ,and i just book this hotel on my stay last week , its a nice location hotel , near to pubs and not far from famous jalan alor where you can find a lot of food stalls ,also near to shopping area bukit bintang . hotel a bit old through but so far service ok and we have pleasant stay there .

great location but got old room

the hotel room is actually quite old. It is still consider on the ok side. But the rooms needed refurbish as soon as possible to capture new market.
location is good, at booking bintang, easy to find food and entertaiment and shopping (which my wife like)
that's all I have to say.
