The location is very strategic, near to Bukit Bintang shopping area, near to Jalan Alor where you can find varieties of food, convenient stores.. all within walking distance room and bathroom is dirty and stinks, bad service The location of the hotel is very convenient, no doubt about this. During check-in, the attitude of the staff is bad. Once got into the room, the room is definitely one of the worst condition which i've seen, the carpet is dirty, the pillow stinks as if someone has just slept on it before, bed is really hard, bathroom is old, WIFI signal is poor(even its free), ask for a hair dryer which never reach my room, definitely this will be my last and only time staying here.
Travel tip : Jalan Alor is a good place for local food, plenty of choices.

we stayed in this hotel only for 1 night but was really an excellent choice, this hotel is located right in arab street, many cafes and restaurants in this area. We took the superior room which is spacious and nice, overall we liked this hotel very much.
Restaurant Tip : near the hotel there are 2 food courts, both of which are excellent, must try the indian food.

The room is biggest than others hotel in Hong Kong with same amount of money we pay. There are supermarkets and convenience stores around the hotel. A bit far from shopping areas, more remote locations. If the room rate including breakfast is much more better. cleaner are very good service attitude, but the reception of the other more general attitude of hotel staff. Comparision of hotel rooms clean, fairly complete equipment, room size was quite good.

Less Traffic, easy access to shopping areas Hotel is too Old, reception is in first floor If you want a hotel in a peaceful, less traffic area then this hotel will be ideal for you. ohtel is close to BB Plaza, Imbi, Times Sqaure, and many more shopping complexes. Rooms are too small and building is too old.

clean hotel, big room, high floor, good view through the window, near bukit bintam shopping area, walking distance,service is fine.I was happy that our rooms were upgraded to premier, although we booked superier... the hotel is quite old, and no water to flush the toilet. I did not bother them, cause my parents' room toilet is working fine...
The air con takes time to cool down the room. In general, I would recommend people there, and I might consider it if I would go there next time. Big room, high floor of premier room, tidiness really impressed me.. and it's walking distance to nearby train station and shopping centors.. But if not upgraded to premier room, not sure if superier room worth the price or not.... And there is a seven eleven just nearby, it's convenient to buy food/drinks at night if you want... Only thing not so good is that, it's a bit difficult to find it by yourself, take a taxi to it first time would be fine.. I did not have food there, so not sure how is it.

very nice location,walking distance to bukit bintang, shopping area, restaurants, and bars/clubs, 7eleven right across the street room amenities seem a bit old, but for the price u pay, cant complain. great hotel for the value, good location and spacious rooms. would recommend to others, and will stay here again on my next visit

Location,pool,breakfast, good sized room. Lobby bit crowded. Breakfast gets busy but plenty of food. My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in late September 2009.We booked two adjoining rooms as we have 2 teenage daughters. The rooms were big and well equipped and provided all the necessary amenities.The pool is clean and of a good size.The location is excellent with plenty of retaurants in close vicinity. Despite reading reviews that complained about the poor breakfast, we found the opposite. Though a bit crowded there was plenty of food choices to start the day.Would certainly stay here again.
Travel tip : Always have 15 ringit for taxis. This seems to be the standard tourist fare to most anywhere.

Convenient location to lots of food and nightlife. Rooms are decent size. Free wi-fi access from room. A bit dated furnishings. Crowded with tour groups at all hours in the lobby plus a crowded lounge and restaurant make it a bit of hassle. A bit of a sketchy area, but not terribly so. Located in the center of the tourist trade, but not the best environment in the blocks around red light district. Rooms and public areas could use a bit of a renovation, but at the reasonable rates a decent tradeoff. Lobby area is perpetually crowded and elevators are a bit tough to get at times, but service was friendly and helpful. Convenient to lots of food and shopping options and monorail is only 5 minutes away. Consistently good wifi signal in the rooms.

good location , walking distance to major shopping centres in KL, 24 hours shops and restaurants with a huge variety of choice of food from different countries, free wireless internet in the room, helpful and friendly staff, free secured car park, the amenities in the toilet could further improve, had to go up to several floors to park the car,only vision 4 and no cable TVs The hotel is placed a in good walking distance from the centre of Kuala Lumpur for major shopping centres, banks, restaurants (24 hours)with a great variety to choose from. Simple basic hotel meeting the requirements for a mid range hotel. good nightlife in the surrounding areas and hopping from place to place is just a short stone's throw away. Easily accessible by major taxis and monorail. just a street behind the major business activity area in Bukit Bintang and a 15 minutes walk from the high end shopping centres of Pavillion, Lot 10, Star Hill without paying premium accommodation prices
Nightlife Tip : Whatever you want to do or eat or shop is available in the surrounding area whereby most of the restaurants are open 24 hours and you are near enough the major shopping centres without paying premium hotel prices as they are just s stone throw's away

On the whole a good hotel. Location is great for main Bucket Bintang $ shopping area. Also close to monorail which links to light railway to give good access to most of KL & to airport
Travel tip : Food hall in near by Pavilion shopping mall has great selection of food from all over asia at low prices. If you cant make up your mind go for one of the set menu pictured.\
To get a feel for the city try the hop on hop off bus that covers the main sites. Ticket last for 24 hr so if you have time start at mid day & have 2 half days in stead of one long day.

the hotel is near shopping mall can reach by walk the hotel is old but very clean,the hotel staff is very kind and helpfull, breakfast is no to bad. the location is near sungai wang, lot 10,BB plaza,the pavillion shooping mall and food stall can reach by walk.the hotel provided wifi in every rooms and the hotel provided rent car too so we can rent a car to another place like genting highland..we recommended this hotel and we'll stayed at this hotel again when we go back to kuala lumpur
Shopping Tip : the hotel is near sungai wang shopping center, the pavillion mall can reach by walk only 5 minutes

Great position within the city, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Nice pool too! Great position only minutes from BB Plaza and the monorail network. From the monorail network you can get to the LRT very easily (enabling you to travel to places like the Batu Caves etc.)
Its very easy and nice getting around KL.
Travel tip : Go shopping at the BB Plaza (a couple of minute walk from the hotel) - has everything you'll ever need, but watch out! If your not careful you'll get sucked into the time warp of that place and spend many hours (and dollars) wandering between the vast array of stores!
