Great position within the city, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Nice pool too! Great position only minutes from BB Plaza and the monorail network. From the monorail network you can get to the LRT very easily (enabling you to travel to places like the Batu Caves etc.)
Its very easy and nice getting around KL.
Travel tip : Go shopping at the BB Plaza (a couple of minute walk from the hotel) - has everything you'll ever need, but watch out! If your not careful you'll get sucked into the time warp of that place and spend many hours (and dollars) wandering between the vast array of stores!

The hotel staff are nice and very accomodating.
The room is huge and very spacious. The linens are quite new and neat. The bed is very big.
The kl menara can be viewed from the room.
The hotel is in the center of bukit bintang, walking distance to BB Plaza.
The breakfast buffet is good. Lots of food to choose from.

accessable to anywhere you want to go, like shopping center,restaurant,mini store Reservation Desk/ the reception is not very helpful and an friendly almosphere. The hotel exemptionally in good location,restaurant,store, shopping is walking distance but the reception when we are arrive is not very helpful and oubur booking is not recorded because they have the confirmation since the reservation desk is holiday and few I ask it seem very hard to acquire. anyway it doesnt matter now.I am sure i will never used that hotel again. Agoda is very good services and i am happy the rest of the hotel we use in our trip to malaysia.

Stains on bed.

Proximity - perfect short walking distance to Pavilion Mall and many other attractions. Hotel is too rundown.
Service rating 2 stars.
Room condition - stains on floor carpets and on beds. TV channels receiving poor.
Price charged during festive season does not justify for value. Overall my personal feel, the hotel is in a very good location, close to many shopping and local eateries. If you are a budget traveller, than price is reasonable during off peak season.
But if you really want a comfort sleep, a nice clean room, a relaxing shower, than please avoid staying there.

good location near bukit bintang shops and food stalls
sometimes noisy as close to bars/pubs i would recommend this hotel. the location is good, only 5mins walk to monorail and also very close to bars, malls and food stalls. room facilities are good. my room had views of kl tower and twin towers. it was however also on same street as bars so could hear some music late at night. my family stayed in a room on the other side. they didn't have the bar noise but didn't get my great views either..Breakfast was good and enough to set you up for the day. i stayed in this area last year also and the radius would be a good hotel choice if you want decent accom in the bukit bintang area
Restaurant Tip : if you like local food but are not totally comfortable with outside stalls then try the food court in the basement of pavilion shopping mall. huge choice of local food with a touch more comfort.

Not many except for the location Too many to write in words, the receptionist was really rude to begin with.. The bathrooms are very dirty, breakfast is pathetic, the bed linen is really dirty and the list goes on... The rooms are pretty dingy to begin with... Not much of light coming in... If you ask the front office for any information they rudely say that they do not know about it... whereas as it is pretty obvious that they know but dont want to tell for some reason of the other... The only good thing about the place is that its in a very nice location and people know about this hotel which helps you get back from anywhere....
Shopping Tip : It is pretty close to a lot of shopping malls as well as night spots...

toilet paper was the worst paper i have ever used, no water in room this time, breakfast was just average, no gym or exercise gear the first time we stayed was really good that is why we came back and recomended to our friend who was not at all happy with the services and reception desk neither will come back which is a shame as it is central to most things in KL

- Its very close to shopping complexes, cafes, restaurants.
- High rise building, so if you stay on the high floors you get to see the overview of KL.
- Very own swimming pool.
- Internet in your own room. - Setting of the room is too fuzzy.
- You can hear your neighbours chit chat.
- Some of the light bulbs does not function.
- TV channel is too classic.
- Bed is medium. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. Its value for vacant is there. A walking distance within 5mins to the closest shopping area. Fast food, restaurants is nearby. It is situated at the middle of KL. Get the room which is facing towards the KL tower, you get a beautiful sight at night. I would consider to stay again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Get the room which face towards the KL tower. It looks beautiful from the room at night.

The main selling point of this hotel is its excellent location Its has dull decoration and could do with generally being updated. This is a reasonably priced hotel as it is in a good position for shopping and general sight-seeing. The staff were quick and helpful and checking in was seemless.
The hotel is situated only moments from a whole street of restaurants and on the night I was here the Miss Malasia contestants were in town.
Dull cafe downstairs and an olf fashioned feel but generally good value.
Restaurant Tip : Excellent restaurants only yards from the hotel

condition of room fixtures and fittings very poor An extremely well located hotel in the heart of KL. The hotel was clearly modelled a number of years ago and is now in severe need of an update. Almost all the facilities have now begun to wear out. These include carpets and curtains as well as the general decorations in the building. However the staff are to be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness.
Not a place to take a date but perfect for checking out the local area.
Restaurant Tip : Really good restaurants in the same street.

Convenience to stay in this hotel, near to convenience store, food center and shopping center. Checking in was quite slow. Overall the hotel is worth for money. The room rate is reasonable. The room is quite clean. The location is very good. There is a swimming pool as well in the hotel and no extra charges. There would be best if the hotel has the additional facility such as Sauna and gym. The existing sauna is not suitable for family guest, but more for single guy.
Shopping Tip : Sungai Wang, Lot 10, Time Square, Pavilion and others famous shopping mall just 5 to 10 min walking distance from the hotel

its dirty very dirty!! i've found abt 10 little cockroaches in my room which was at the first living floor! later on requested to change room to upper level and didnt see any cockroach but STILL dirty!!

WiFi Internet in rooms, big rooms, nice pool, personal safe in the room, friendly staff and close to shops and KL center Sometime noisy and a little too expensive The hotel location is very convenient and close to shopping centers and monorail. Also, there are plenty of restaurants around. The pool is a full size pool and very nice. The rooms are big and somewhat clean. There is a free high speed Internet in all rooms (WiFi) which is a big plus. It's a little bit too pricey but being close to public transportation will make the price somehow affordable. I will recommend the hotel to my friend if they are visiting KL. We stayed there for more than a week and we were happy with the staff. Occasionally, it might be noisy but nothing too bothersome.
