Situated in the Bukit Bintang so very central to the park and shopping area Good bed and breakfast swimming pool

very busy at the front desk sometimes you have to wait for more than a half hour

This was our fourth stay at the Radius hotel. Last time was 2 years ago and the hotel is more busy then before. We forgot to book the room including breakfast that was a mistake altough just outside the Radius there are a couple of restaurants that can serve breakfast. The rooms are nice and the beds are always very comfortable. Minor point was the lack of tv channels, only 6 channels were available. Next time we book we will do this INCLUDING BREAKFAST

cheap, free wifi, location

room cleanliness, service staff, check-in process, breakfast

This hotel is pretty much only good for sleeping. If you book it, don't pay they extra money for the breakfast, it is absolutely horrible. You can eat much cheaper at some great hawkers just down the street. The location was great, it's in a very lively area, but you can hear the music from the clubs in your room until well past 2am. The room wasn't very clean, and had a strong cat urine type odor to it. The hotel staff isn't the brightest, but they are hotel workers. All in all, pay a little more money and stay somewhere like the Corus Hotel in KLCC, believe me, it's worth it!

Good beds

to crowded

It was alright. The break fast was ok. To many people in the hotel. Small room, but bed fine - dirty restroom. Nice view from room. Will recommend if you dont stay in room much time, otherwise spend a little more money on the room. Good location in the city centre og KL. Over all fine for the value. Thank you.

Close to restaurants with nice foods

A distance from shopping complex

The hotel upgrade my stay to premium room, the reception services are good. The hotel is very close, just next next door to restaurants with nice foods with varity of choices from western to oriental. The hotel is nevertheless a distance to shopping complex, with a uphill walk. The hotel bell boys are very helpful and taxi is easy accessable.

The price of the room is very reasonable The staff over there is so helpful The view from the room is alright cause we can see the city with the lights at night time The location is amazing that it is very close to amenities (Sungei Wang and also food center)

The cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved even though at the moment still allright

When we stayed there during our holiday it was a very pleasant experience. The room is clean and well organized. The staff is so friendly and polite, when there was a guest that suddenly jumped to the reception the staff told them to back in the queue so we are so impressed with that. When it comes to the shopping it is in walking distance to the shops on Bukit Bintang so basically you can really enjoy your staying there. It is also close to public transport so you can go anywhere from this hotel. I really like this hotel so every time I am in Malaysia I will always stay there

Difficult for drivers to get there, small tubs for white people. But other than that I like the hotel, and will go there again. Nice interior, nice colours, competent reception, big rooms, yeah a good place for sure! And just next to the hotel theres a nice street with western restaurants and good atmosphere! Cheap also! >)

Restaurant Tip : Just next to the hotel theres a small street with western restaurants, very cheap and very nice feeling!

LOcation... good rates..

a bit old rooms

The stay was ok, but when we checked in , we were given a wrong keycard to a room that did not have an elctronic keycard door..The hotel is near to the hawker's food road for cheap , great Malay and Chinese food. We just stayed overnight so i was not able to enjoy its nice and simple room. The staff were okay and were kind enough to get us a taxi for our early morning flight.

Restaurant Tip : very close to Jalan Alor,, cheap food.. and Bintang walk for entertainment..

Location, location, location. Value for money

Lots of people

This hotel is in the most happening area of KL with fascinating places to visit right on the doorstep. We had 2 rooms and were upgraded - yes, baby - to the Premier Rooms on the 18th - top - floor. This was great but we had to walk down for breakfast as the lifts were full each time the doors opened with people from lower floors already in situ. No big deal and definitely the best value for money in town.

Nightlife Tip : Try The Social or Magnificent Fish & Chip Shop - 2 mins walk from the hotel and check out the Hop On Hop Off Bus - fantastic!!

Lokasi menyenangkan dekat pusat perbelanjaan

Waktu check interlalu lama

- Great location - Helpful staff - Clean rooms

- No cable - Very thin walls. you can hear people from the other room talking and moving furniture around.

Location of the hotel is perfect! It's situated in an area swarming with cafes, bistros and bars. We managed to walk from the hotel to the KL tower. I would suggest for other guests to get a room on high floor. Higher rooms offer less noise but also great views of KL. Staff was very helpful too. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Location Fantastic Front desk staff Superbly accessibility - I am a walking person and I love the location as I can walk to KLCC (20mins away) or to Berjaya Times Square (20mins away) and of course to Bukit Bintang which is jus down the street. I also walked to Puduraya Bus Terminus to get my ride back to Singapore (35mins away). Burned the Cals and you get to take in the small details otherwise lost.

Walls were really thin, you could hear taps being ran and closing of doors. Rooms and linen needs to be refreshed.

Was there on impulse to do some shopping for Father's day. After looking through the reviews and comparing the price, we decided to stay at Radius because of the superb location. Taking into consideration the short time we were going to be in KL, we needed some place conveniently situated. Overall experience was good. Suggest for a short stay of not more than 3 days. If you are into creature comforts and luxuries, this is not for you. All in all, value for money and loved it!

Restaurant Tip : Its next to the food street Jalan Alor and there's like a ton of stuff (Asian street cuisine) for you to try!

The staffs in the hotel are rather unfriendly and unhelpful. Bathroom

I booked for double bad, smoking room but when I arrived the reception said all double bad already full and no smoking room available. There is no complimentary water supplied and no mini bar in the rooms. Bathroom floods whenever i take a shower. Noise from the room next door (I can hear someone talked)Rooms are very worn out and needs refurbishment urgently

The hotel is strategically located amidst shopping malls, convenience shops, inexpensive restaurants serving varied Asian cuisine and food street. Proximity to monorail station makes travelling around KL very convenient. The hotel reception staff were very warm, courteous and helpful. We were given a deluxe room (for 3 adults) at a non-smoking floor with a panoramic view of KL Towers and Petronas Towers per my request with Agoda.com

The lobby of the hotel is not at par compared to other 4-star hotels I have been to in Asia. It is small and sparsely decorated. The buffet breakfast menu was limited and remained the same during our four days stay there. Toiletries given were limited, only one (1) bottle of shampoo and conditioner and two (2) pcs of soap for three (3) adults replenished every other day. I don't know if it was a sign of recession there.

Despite our little complaints we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. This was our second visit to KL. In our first visit we stayed at another hotel which was far from shopping malls. Since we were travelling with our nephew from the US we decided to try Radius Int'l Hotel and truly we made a great choice. The hotel staff are very warm, and helpful. It is very close to everything, from shopping malls to various good eating places serving varied cuisine at very reasonable prices. We had a blast trying all kinds of dishes at Jalan Alor. We will definitely come back.

Travel tip : From the hotel going to KL tower it takes a 10-15 minutes leisurely walk. From there is another 10-15 minutes leisurely walk to Petronas Towers. Walking instead of taking a cab gave us a nice feel and better view and appreciation of the surrounding areas.

Location! Location! Location! We were a short cab ride or walking distance to most sites/shopping and dining and nightlife at our door step.

The king size bed we booked was more like a double bed. The rooms looked a little tired.

Our first good impression of the Radius was the accommodating service we received from the concierge. We were unable to get an early check-in so the concierge took our bags so that we could explore the city while we waited to check-in. The concierge also showed us 3 streets from the hotel. One led to the street of Indian food, the next to the street for western food and the last to the street for local malay food. We took the last street and to this day are still thinking of the delicious food we had there! Apart from the excellent location, the rooms were a little diappointing. We booked a king size bed but received what is a double bed by australian standards. We didn't get to try the other fascilities because we were too busy exploring the city at our finger tips. I would definitely stay at the Radius again just for the location but would prefer a more comfortable bed for a longer stay.

Restaurant Tip : Exit the hotel to the right. Walk past the 711 and take the first right. MYou'll find some of the best and cheapest local food on this street. For something more up market, exit the hotel to the left and continue up the hill. Take your second right to Bijan, a fine example of Malaysian cuisine presented well.
