near to all the bars , near to Bukit Bintang, near to good eating places

Just OK... location wise is OK as it is very near to all the good bars but the food and the room can still be improved a lot. Staff does not tend to your request quickly and we need to call them many times for any requests which is annoyying

Poor wi-fi connection
Centralise area, near the Pavilion, KLCC, and many more. If you're a partygoers this is a good hotel.

No wi-fi in my room. Make sure u get room above 11 floor. then there will be working wi-fi. room with cockcroach found on bed and pantry area.

Quite comfortable and the air condition is very nice. The price is very good value for money. The television is too small with very limited channels. The bed is too old and need replacement esp.the pillows. The safety box at room 1401 is not working although the hotel technician had resetted it with an instrument.

It was an Ok 3 stars hotel, at very good location, nice pool and an alright breakfast, fast lift, attentive staff and services but the room was quite old with damped shower curtain, bath tub is too soft to stand on while having shower, some broken tiles, wardrobe without door (a good place for my son to play), ceiling is not so clean with some few marks there, air cond hole looks dirty, unclean glass window, unclear of some tv channels and we could hear people having fun in the next room, quite entertaining. House keeping is a bit slow, left food and cutlery there too long.

The staff seemed friendly enough, but the hotel seemed a little run down. The room was okay, but the aircon seemed to give off a slightly musty smell. For the price it was reasonable enough, but the last place I stayed in KL was cheaper and better on just about every front.

Hotel is good, room is comfortable, we have a problem when check in at 13.00, the reception ladies asking us must to wait till 14.00 for check in. it's ridiculous that waiting 1 hour at lobby just for check in. management hotel should give a flexibility for guest who check in before 14.00, and info for new guest that wifi access is not available for all room.

Location good for - shopping , street food and linking to the LRT.

The Radius was like a weary old lady having past her best and in need of a face lift.
If you want to sample street food and get a buzz from the local massage parlours this is ideal. You also get easy access to the rail and bus infrastructure of KL.
If using Taxi's to get around always find out the rough cost before engaging a driver - this gives you a negotiating advantage if they are not using a meter.
Bottom line - We feel we got what we paid for.

we stayed at the deluxe room. the room was clean and very comfortable. but since it is an old building, a few cockroaches are found in the room itself. so if you don't mind, you just need to bring a bug spray. overall is it quite good but needs a bit more maintenance.
