A great Experience
Location. Staff .Hotel Amenities
A Truly enjoyable and great experience.Club Lounge facilities were good.greatest asset being the staff.Martin and Zahul were impeccable.Room amenities were great so was the bedding.Staff were very prompt with their services.Only drawback i can mention is the quality of the ironing board and no Bidek System.Truly Surprised after all this years.IN conclusion i must say they have great staff.

Disappointed Stay
Mattress was comfortable
Checked in almost 1am on 9th Sept onky to find toilet flush broke down at about 1.30am! Couldn't allow attendants to attend unless "it" was flushed, I spent all almost 20 mins figuring how to flush. It was almost 2am by the time I managed!! Hot water from tap and shower was uncontrollable!

A Pleasurable Stay

Truly enjoyed my short stay in this hotel.I was upgraded and facilities were good.The hotel has all the amenities available and they are good.The staff were easy to interact with, get information and very helpful.Breakfast buffet was good.It was extremely pleasing to note the head Chef took time to chat with patrons about the food.Superb.

worst hotel in kl
-need to queue approximately 30 mins to get seated for breakfast,no space to accommodate guest -greeting by front desk,we need to collect deposit which is double the room rate -most horrible experience,water is muddy -worst hotel in kl for sure,can opt for other hotels.

Truly enjoyed my stay.I was upgraded to a lifestyle room in the East Wing.In short Awesome. Contemporary design and amenities good.Few faults was the quality of the ironboard,and the location of the phone in the toilet area.Too low.Otherwise the Hotel facilities was great.

Swimming pool, food and environment
I find the staff very unprofessional for gossiping about another customer. The water is yellow and the bed lining is stained with blood stain. I have photo as proof.

Comfortable stay at KL every time
Friendly helpful staff, central location, comfortable room.
We arrived in kl after an overnight flight. Having arrived at 11ish and the check in time was at 3, the staff has helped us to obtain an earlier check in at no extra cost. Although the room that we were allocated to was at a smoking floor, once we got used to the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the back ground, we just sunk into the bed and slept like a baby. It wouldn't have felt the same if we had to wait around till 3pm for check in.
