The hotel is in a great location, we could see the twin towers from our window and 100 mtrs down the road was a monorail station (bukit nanas) There were cigarette ends in the bins outside the lifts.. yuck! The hotel was lovely. Clean, nicely decorated with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel pool was great with plenty of sun loungers available. Location wise it was perfect for us as we only had a weekend and it's proximity to the monorail meant we managed to see loads. You can walk a scenic route to the communications tower from the hotel for amazing views of KL. Although we arrived close to 1am, our booking was dealt with quickly and efficiently, as was our 6.30am check out. I would definately stay here again if I was back in KL.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk towards the monrail station and take the city forest walk to the communication tower. It's a bit of a trek so make sure you take a bottle of water (we didn't!).

Good location for most things not near the night market or china town The hotel is managed efficiently and is clean and in a good location for the Petronas towers, tourist office and is at the first stop for the city bus tour, it is not in a good location for the night market or China town. The pool is big and clean and good to use and the staff are friendly and provided a good baby cot for my two year old when requested.

the gym is absolutly the best i've seen.
service was great!
pool and overall experience there wasn't toothpaste and toothbrush.
is wasn't as brightly lit as i needed it at times. the service from reception to the room services was excellent. i felt safe and taken care off. security measures were taken and i really appreciate it. renaissance hotel will be my first choice of hotel.

10 minutes walk from Twin Towers see below poor reception service. Checking in and out takes way too long. We are weekly bussiness and pleasure travellers. Renaissance hotel is good located on walking distance of the Twin Towers. The standard rooms are spacious and clean with big comfortable beds. The hotel is huge and divided into 2 wings both with separate breakfast restaurants. The breakfast restaurant in the East Wing is not comfortable while there are too many tables next to each other. Also the service could be better there. Instead we took the next day breakfast at our room. Good service and only paying the extra things on top while we paid the breakfast already in advance. Hotel is still little outdated but looking good. Not modern. A pity no nice high tea or atmosphere in Lobby restaurant no piano music. In the evening in weekend live band. Reception service is very poor!! Takes too long to check in and out with everybody. We are not used too that
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Twin Towers. Famous high building with skybridge.Beautiful at night,sparkling silver look.
Booking nessecary. Lining up at 8 am at the building inside. If you come later you hardly can get a ticket during the weekend.closing time counter is 10.30 am.Another tip; take the Hop on Hop Off Bus. Busstop is opposite the hotel. You can buy a day ticket in the bus. Nice sightseeing tour. Another advantage the Tourist office is situated opposite the hotel.

near shoppping centres, night clubs and eating centres tennis courts not available as it was under renovation hotel near city centre and shopping area. centrally and easily located. near train and monorail station and easy to get around. staff was excellent and helpful. was willing to extend late check out by 1/2 hour. security was excellent. value for money and will stay again

nice hotel, beautiful swimming pool, very friendl stuff, and the viwe of petronas tower from my room was magnificent i can not say anything bad about this hotel we stayed 2 nights in this hotel and it made out holliday. Fantastic! Breakfast was perfect. They did all thme best for us to feel great! Many thanks to Agoda who offer us a good deal for such a lovely hotel. Deffenetrly, we'll stay here again.

Easy and Quick Check In, just showed them the voucher and everything was taken care of. Excellent Views from the room and conveniently located. Not too many channels available on their TV If you are a tourist, the location is superb as you are right next to the monorail from where you can access most areas of the city. Very conveniently located right next to the tourist information center, not toofar from the City Center and Golden Triangle, we were able to tour these areas by walk. From our room on the East Wing we had a clear view of the Petronas Towers.

Location : Is walking distance from Golden Triangle, KLCC, Zouk Club etc.
View: Nice city view with KLCC Towers from the East Wing.
Food: Decent.
Fittness: Very good Gymnasium with all sort of machines and a good weights rack. Sauna Nice. House Keeping: The Housekeeping was not upto the 5* standards as they missed the art of perfection.
TV Channels: No-good signal. Small CRT TV.
Internet: No Free Wi-Fi. Paid Wired Internet Only (Standard Rooms) All in all a good 5 Star Hotel if you don't really care about the perfection in house keeping or the TV/Internet facilities. Value for money, as I have stayed in more expensive 4 Star Hotels in the same area.
Nightlife Tip : Checkout the ZOUK Club right across the street, next to the Tourist Center. Nice music and discotheque.

~ If from Incheon airport to hotel, just take the Limous bus 6004, around 55-60,min. But it doesn't stop exactly at the hotel, just a bit ahead of Tesco, so when you look straight u can see Novotel sign.
~ Quite conveient to everywhere if you know the bus destination
~ Hotel provide morning free shuttle bus to Dongdaemon, Myeongdong.
~ Light is not enough in room
~ Nearby are surrounding by Korean local style restaurants, not expensive ~ A little far from subway, u need to really walk quite a distance and know exactly where it is located. If you are stranger, it's not convenient
~ Quite a distance to walk to airport bus terminal if you need to carry many lugguages.
~Hotel rate is expensive So far so good

expensive internet at RM70 per day. Hotel is average for buisness hotels in KL. Rooms slightly larger, but nothing special.
Service was exceptional. Lost bag meant I had no phone charger or ties. Staff located and loaned their own charger and also ties for meetings. No request too much, they were excellent.
Internet is expensive (RM70 per day) and TV has limited intenational channels. But overall these are small things.
Good hotel.

Hotels don't get much better than this. Especially if you pay a small amount more and take the club package - you get soft drinks, tea, coffee & biscuits all day plus alcoholic drinks and very substantial snacks for 2 hours every evening. This is really good value for money - The rooms are nicer in the west wing but they may be renovating the east wing (there are 2 towers).

Nice pool, friendly staff Telephones were not working in my room - ridicolus price for internet service!!! The staff were real friendly and check-in went without any delay. Two of the phones in my room did not work and i had to call twice for the in house service. Pool service was just great, and also the lobby bar - best service in the hotel! Internet connection is a joke with a ridicous price - THIS REALLY NEED TO BE IMPROVED! Docomo is making a rip off regarding the guests.
Nightlife Tip : Hard Rock Cafe is close by.
