Great location and incredibly comfy bed!

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of a 10 days holiday and it was great.
The sky rail was a 2 minute walk from the hotel so we were able to get the skyrail into bukit bitang (10 minute trip) to do lots of shopping.
We were also lucky enough to get our room upgraded for free!!
Shopping Tip:
Pavillon shopping centre is a must!

nice hotel, although we went as a group of friends for the kl f1, mix of guys and girls, and the fact that we booked in november, they messed up our rooms.... seperate wings and all double beds. this was not ideal for 2 guys. we had to call for an extra bed but clearly not what we paid for.
hotel would not compensate so the service was shocking. the west wing has much nicer rooms, although the old rooms, which we got lumbered with werent too bad.
Hotel Feature Tip:
when you book, ask for a room in the new wing and be specific... but bear in mind, from my experience, the staff wont help you.

a terrific holiday getaway in the heart of kl

although we just stayed for one night, but it was well worth it. the hotel is a true class in its own way. just open the window, you could see a breath-taking scenery. at night, you could see the beauty of the petronas twin towers right before your eyes. renaissance should be the preferred choice, especially to first time travellers to kuala lumpur, and to those who wants to see what kl is all about. kudos to all the staff who make this hotel such a pleasant place to stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the monorail (located in front of the hotel, across the road) and buy a ticket to the Bukit Bintang station. There are hundreds of shops to go, but I would recommend the Pavillion. A return journey back to the hotel would also be pleasant because of the short distance of walking.

we had upgraded our room to executive room upon recommendation by your front desk staff. they provided excellent service with lovely smile. the room was cosy & we had spectacular view of klcc. housekeeping staff were also efficient. the location is great which is walking distance to klcc & hard rock cafe.

hotel locates at the heart of kl with very good view from room's window. you can walk to some shopping mall easily. nice, friendly hotel staff, good breaksfast, and good decorated room
Shopping Tip:
You can reach to Twin Tower in just 10 minutes by walk, so comfortable place for you to stay in KL.

Great location but out dated rooms.

romm need renovation asap to compete with other hotels nearby.
the initial room given to us do not have electricity supply and
we have to ask for changing of room.
requesting for chinese news paper but still send english paper
the next morning.

Big rooms with great service!

First time staying here. Housekeeping and front desk service was very helpful. They would do a follow-up check weather my requests has been attended to. One set back though was that, in agoda.com, wifi is provided. But to my disappointment, front desk staff said there
Could be a misunderstanding on this and that the hotel doesn't provide wifi.
