i had an overall good experience at the Renaissance. the location of teh hotel is great and the service of teh staff is pretty good. the room are getting a bit old and would need a refresh.

not bad if you stay in the renovated section

i stayed in the non-renovated section. room was old and dirty, but very roomy. my friend stayed in the renovated section where it was much brighter, cleaner but smaller. if i were to do it over again, i'd upgrade too!

the hotel was great & the service was good but the breakfast is only acceptable but the major issue is the toilet system type of having a single toilet chair without a water hose or a water self-cleaning system.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is located near to the Twin Towers & near to two train station whai means you will need no Taxi.

Your hotel quality is good, well-equipped, well-located and the sightings are beautiful. The service is also perfect, foods are delicious. Check-in, check-out procedure is quick and simple. But there are so many mosquitoes with inconvenient fixed showers, it's hard to use. I think it's a suitable for business and holiday trips. We would like to come back again in the near future

Nice Room, Clean and spacious. Check in was early and the counter was very early. Problem with the access card initially which was rectified.

it was a fantastic hotel with it's staff and location, near to the twing tower, uilding is clean and well organized, managment of the holtel are very nice, respectfull and cheerfull. we injoid our stay there.
