the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
requests were always attended to promptly as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you're traveling to Genting or any places far away (especially if you need a cab that can carry 5-6 or going somewhere where it's difficult to catch a cab), you can arrange with the cab driver personally to wait for you and pick you up. This will be cheaper than booking via the taxi counter in front of the hotel.

great location. twin towers 10 mins walk.
everything was convient to get to.

i went to the renaissance for 3 nights with my family and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay in KL. the hotel itself was great, it is located close to the twin towers and close to 2 train stations that are great to get to other locations.
the rooms were roomy with both shower cubicle and bath in bathrooms. the staff are very helpful and will help with all your questions. also car park if you have a hire car.

Confortable hotel close to Petronas Towers

Hotel is confortable. Pool is great even though water was a bit cold (in Malaysian standards at least - only 25 degrees). Whilst confortable hotel needs refreshment but room are clean and confortable.
Hotel room offer view on Petronas twin towers. Hotel is accross the street from Malaysia Tourism Board.
Location is great for people looking to be close to Petronas Towers, but we preferred staying in Bukit Bitan where day and night life seems more exciting.

nice hotel in a good location, except for traffic which was crazy.rooms were very nice and had everything you could need.
breakfast was great and the little cake stall had the most wonderful pastries.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
shopping in kl great, with chinatown being a must.
also a visit to petronas towers and baku caves is worth a look.

The Hotel is in a very good location, 5 Min walk to the Petronas Towers. Very close to nightlife like Zouk Disco (2 Min walk) Minibar price much to high. The Rooms and Pool even the Chairs at Breakfast Restaurants are clean but start to get old. Rooms are big, breakfast is great. At the End Good Hotel for a nice Price but for a little big more Money the Hotel Maya is the better choice.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Zouk Disco ( serious one... ) and just 15 Min Walk (Taxi max 5-7 MYR)from the Disco Nighlife like Beach Club (Girls Bar)

Staff very helpful, courteous and went out of their way to serve you. Room was very good and well appointed. Room service was efficient and the food menu had great selection and food was delicious
