Service was fantastic, great dining and rooms.

The Japanese restaurant was amazingly priced, delicious and the service was incredible. The pool was brilliant and beautiful. The rooms had enough of what you needed, beds were a touch hard but not too bad overall.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to see KL's two towers, make sure you book a ticket the day before as they sell out very quickly.

Lovely location, staff and bed. Room was a little dated and we found some hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. The mini bar was a little lacking. Outdoor pool was gorgeous but cold! Upon check in we had a trainee, she kept us waiting longer than the 15mins we were told and we only got our key when we went back to check.

The hotel was divided into 2 wings - West and East. Quite confusing as I had gone to the reception only to be told that I had to go to the other wing to be registered. I also enquired about the parking facilities and was given different answers by 3 different reception staff - one said that I had to pay RM 20 for the whole duration, another mentioned about an hourly charge and yet another said it was free. I guess at the time of stay there were many trainees!
Restaurant Tip:
Quite a good Indian-Muslim reataurant along the Ampang Road which would provide cheap yet delicious food with variety of Malaysian delicacies.

Fantastic Hotel , Staff is very Friendly , Reception was very helpfull .The hotel room rates very lower than the 3star or 4 star hotels .But the hotel is very good condition and very clean.
Deffinetly I will stay here when ever I come to Malaysia agin.

I enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel in KL. The staff were friendly and were always quick and efficient to attend to my needs. The gym is well equipped and comfortable to use, one of the best I've seen.
The pool looked great although I did not use.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are inviting friends over to the hotel, let them know that it can be quite challenge to arrive by car, because of the way the roads are set up. There are no quick accessible (walking distance) food outlets nearby, so if you wish to eat outside the hotel, you will be required to call a cab.
