Good for a KL hotel. One of the better addresses in the city. Close to shopping and night life. Very good room standard for KL. Better then Marriott. All room amenities worked well. A/C hot watter and safe. In KL very common to have to waist time to change rooms at hotels.

The Renaissance is a large hotel with great facilities. The gym is better equipped than most small gyms at home. My room was a little dated but very comfortable. Internet speed is acceptable and buffet breakfast has a decent range.
Location is not bad but being close to KLCC traffic can be a nightmare.

on the whole, our stay was great. but we were disappointed that our room was extremely dusty and as a result we were sneezing throughout the night. we informed the housekeeper next morning that the room needs a good cleaning and dusting. not all staffs of the hotel was friendly.

Fantastic Hotel! This is our second return to the Renaissance Hotel! Very friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast was fantastic, highly recommend getting breakfast in your room package, well worth it. Hotel is very close to public transport- much faster and cheaper then Taxis! Great stay. Recommendations of the hotel would be little things such as the cleanliness of the bathrooms (shower curtains need updating) and brighter lighting especially in the bathroom. Other then those little things its PERFECT! Very fast WiFi connection. Amazing pool and the Beauty Spa is just great, the massages are fantastic!
