The place is quite nice and the view of the lake is beautiful. But in the night it is a bit noisy as the students are still everywhere eventho its past midnight

reasonably priced, quiet, and convenient if your business or commitments is not in KL town area. room is clean and comfortable.

as my commitments were mostly around the subang/sunway area, i decided to give Ruemz a try as i was looking for something in the more 'upper-range' in budget hotels, but not something as expensive as sunway resort etc. Ruemz is located in the taylor's college campus, so the atmosphere is lively and the area is clean n organised. the surrounding access roads/highways are very jammed n congested during peak hours as expected.
the room itself (spazio deluxe) is clean n comfortable. air-con is cold enough n strong. lighting n interior is fairly modern n the contemporary design is refreshing. basic facilities is sufficient. breakfast leaves a little to be desired though. all in all i would recommend this hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
the neighboring sunway area has a good selection of shopping and nightclubs/discos/pubs etc. a bit far too walk, but mere minutes by cab/car.

overall was good in terms of room cleanliness & location. there is convenient shop at the ground floor just beside the lobby. too bad that the room service is so slow as we unable to watch the TV, they only came for help after half an hour.

I personally think that the hotel is a little too expensive. It is located in Taylors University Lakeside Campus and entrance to hotel is next to Starbucks.

Near to my office in KL. Convenient access to major highway. nice location, nice food, food can be improved further. Limited car park on recent visit, hotel should reserve some space for the convenient of guest.

A modern design room. It make full use of spaces had. Quite close to Sunway Pyramid but not back to the hotel from there.

Stayed there to attend a conference in Sunway Pyramid. I think because I am not familiar with this area, I had troubled to find the hotel. The hotel is actually within a g mall named Syopz Mall. It is next to Taylor's University Lakeside Campus.
Limited choices of dining there. If you're carrying many stuff with you, it is pretty difficult as you need to climb the stairs from the car park downstairs to the hotel lobby.

lack of signage from carpark to hotel, baby troley no very convenient, less of TV channel or astro cable TV.

Sunway pyramid just nearby, but if you not drive urself..transportation to sunway pyramid will be quite inconvenient.
