It was just for one night. Very small room.

my stay at Ruemz Hotel had not met my expectations of a hotel. the following are the things which i seemed unacceptable in this hotel.
1. the bathroom ventilation window is facing the corridor. though there are security cameras you would not feel secured leaving the window open. it is big enough for a person to pass through and short enough for a person to peep through.
2. there is no chain latch on the door, when i asked the manager, he said since it was faulty it has been removed to be replaced with new ones. since there was no peep hole and i extended another night, i had asked him to get it fixed he said "sure sure, i will get it done". but it was not fixed even as i checked out.
3. the second day afternoon, the only lift going up was under repair. i had to urgently go up to the room which was on the 4th floor.i had to take the stairs accompanied by the staff. with only one lift, the repai should not take so long.
4. the hotel wifi is extremely bad.
overall the staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. besides that, i would never come back here again.

Over all pleasant and quiet surronding.
Location, the many retaurants right at the Hotel. doorstep. Small bt convenient rooms with enough power plugs.

Since the hotel is runned mostly by students, friendly young faces are welcomming the guests. However not everything works perfect but still acceptable. If you come back later than 9.30pm dont expect that you can enjoy a late dinner, the restaurants are closing at 10pm.
