owner very kind to transport us to buy dinner when raining and assist for airport transfer too. Rooms are spaces and shared kitchen has great facilities, will stay here instead of Tune hotel. Not hard to get to anyway nice to look around a bit.

It's a house with swimming pool (although i didn't try the pool). The rooms are spacious and clean. The landlord is friendly and helpful (He drives us to airport in the early morning at 5am).
The house is so calm that I cannot even sense other tourists are also living inside the house at the same time. It felt like we own the house:)
Restaurant Tip:
There are several restaurants nearby within 5 to 10mins walk. Basically they are all Malaysian local restaurant so English may not be used widely.

Brilliant!
Beautiful home B&B with very helpful hosts

this is a brilliant b&b private home if you want somewhere very comfortable to stay near the airport. it's about 6 minutes from the airport on the kl-klia transit train and james will pick you up from the station although it is less than 20 minutes walk. there are a variety of well appointed ac rooms with comfortable beds. there is a lovely garden and swimming pool. this is ideal comfortable accom for an overnight transit for travellers who want to feel rested and refreshed before flying on to other destinations. the hosts are very friendly and helpful. was able to stay until 11:30am when my bus was booked out.
Restaurant Tip:
5 minutes walk to restaurants in town.

James and his family were the perfect hosts, there if you needed anything giving guidance on where to go and how to get there . THe house itself was amazing, Very clean and open . THe pool area was beautiful and much needed in the heat.
I wish we had longer there, hope to return.

Nice clean large room, happy helpful owner. Near food centre and local shopping centre, attractive pool area, large common area, plenty parking, light and airy, breakfst was fine -plenty of fresh fruit with eggs and cerial, First cab driver had trouble finding the place from airport.

Great place to stay while in Transit
Relaxed , pool close to LCCT

Stayed here during the day as we had 12 hours between flights. Easy to get to from LCCT by taxi (50rm) or by bus 5.50rm.
Bed and Breakfast private house with great pool. The owner James was a very good host, drove us to the bus in the evening for transfer to airport. We awere able to relax by the ppol, shower and refresh before return to the airport. Good value.
Not much in the area to do but the nearby Indian restaurant had good food.

Obliging & helpful owner, a lovely & clean place
Quiet, handy to the airport & wished we could have had some more time there.

Though the place is distant from KL it suited our need to be close to the airport for our early morning flight. What was unexpected was the assistance that the owner James gave us with getting from & to the station to get to our next travel stage. The nearby eating house that James recommended was also very good, The rooms were very nice & we would have liked to use the pool but our stay was brief. Then to boot because we were leaving early James' partner prepared us with a sandwich & drink to have at the airport as we were obviously too early for the breakfast. Yes, it was a brief but enjoyable stay.

We booked a family room (we were 1 adult, 2 kids (7 & 10yrs) and had plenty of room. Bathroom was huge, room was large, both beds were good sized doubles. The room had a TV with movies available to choose from. We had to leave VERY early the next morning but the owners packed up a breakfast for us to take, which we grabbed from the small refrigerator as we left...very sweet of them!
