Location, internet, and price is not too bad.

No elevator, changed room 2 times to avoid noise, and then smell. One time they didn't even make the room. The location isn't that bad because of proximity to shops and restaurants.

Attentive staff quickly helped when I booked the wrong date. The bag dude carried my 20kg suitcase up the stairs. Stayed here because I needed to be at Uptown, which is across the street.

room is small,plesant customer service. Staff was helpful. However location is dark and unsafe to travel alone at night.food vaiety from 2 hawker food stalls beside the hotel is limited. Not as near as to one utama shopping centre as I thought in the first place.
