Overall really impressed with the friendly, efficient service and standard of room. Very different to the disappointing experience we had earlier on our vacation when we stayed at the Berjaya Hotel in Times Square KL. Well done to all your staff - 10/10.

Fabulous position next door to the airport (you could not hear a plane at all!). This was great for me as I was exhausted after hours and hours of air travel and waiting in airports for connecting flights,

I stayed here only because it was connected to the airport and because I found out that the hotel provided shuttle service at 5am to the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) for 10 ringgit. (The first bus to LCCT does not leave the main terminal until 5:30pm, which is cutting it very close for a flight like mine at 6:45pm.) Given that I left the hotel at 5am, I cannot comment on breakfast since I did not eat it.
