Convenient & Comfortable stay overnite from LCCT
proximity to LCCT, comfort of hotel, proximity to KLIA for eating

After previously overnighting in KL proper with 1 hour trip each way + taxi to actual hotel from KL Sentral we tried the Pan Pacific, knowing we had to be back at the LCCT the next day.
The hotel was 15 mins by taxi from LCCT and we returned by bus from KLIA to LCCT ~ 25 mins.

Very nice. I stay there because of the friendly staff and the airport access as an in transit traveller with a 20 hour layover but should I be staying for any length of time I wuld be looking for a hotel closer to the downtown area of the city

the hotel has a great pool, a feature perhaps overlooked by travellers who only come to stay the night to catch a connecting flight. it is also very quiet, another feature much appreciated. staff are very friendly and the buggy service to and from the airport terminal was excellent. i enjoyed the breakfast with lots of variety though coffee could be hotter.
check in was efficient with even an airport check in counter.
can't recommend the hotel warmly enough.

After a long flight it was great to have an efficient and friendly checkin. We were upgraded to one of the hotel club rooms which was an added bonus. The facilities of the room and the hotel were better than expected and we would certainly stay here again if we needed an airport hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Hotel Feature Tip:
On arrival at KLIA you can check in at the Pan Pacific hotel counter in the arrivals hall and then use their golf buggy to access to the hotel

Convenient hotel
Hotel is adjacent to the airport and provides free shuttle from arrival terminal to the lobby.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.
The facility meets the standards of a five star hotel.
We stayed overnight as part of a reconnecting flights.
There is a buffet restaurant at the lobby with decent quality choice foods.
The pool was not operational and a faucet in the room did not work properly.

A lovely hotel with a great breakfast
the breakfast was good and the location was very central.

Check in was very easy, everything was ready for us when we arrived and perfect for a transit hotel.I was meeting my daughter and grand daughter and it was perfect, just enough to entertain them without overwhelming them, I absolutely loved the Christmas decorations

Beautiful modern hotel built in Malay style

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this first rate hotel. The public areas are stunning and the bedrooms are well appointed and spacious. We had a great nights sleep in the huge high quality bed. We visited the hotel nightclub/bar where we stumbled upon free entertainment provided by a band called "Take 5". We thought they would be pretty dull but were amazed by their talent and ended up staying for the whole of their set. The hotel breakfast provided lots of choice and all the staff we interacted with were very well trained, courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
Check out the hotel club/bar. Excellent entertainment when we stayed.

Sashi at front desk was great. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Food at the Traveller's bar and Grill was very good and very reasonably priced. Service was excellent.
