Great hotel with excellent buffet

I had a great time at the hotel. It is just adjacent to KLIA and there is buggy service available to go to and fro KLIA building. The swimming pool is great n buffet dinner is excellent. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Dont forget to bring your sport shoes if you wish to use the hotel gymnasium

Good place to stay at KLIA

Stayed here in transit as we had 18 hours overnight between our flights. Rooms were large which was good as we put in an extra bed as three of us were travelling together. Really enjoyed using the pool and getting some exercise before the long haul to Europe.It is the most expensive option at the airport, meals at the hotel are quite expensive by Malaysian standards.

Great Location next to airport

Picked our bags and check in was available near baggage claim which made for easy check in, then got a lift to hotel from guy on golf buggy which was great

Great place to relax between flights

There is no need to leave the airport, when you have collected your baggage from the carousel you can pick up the Sama-Sama buggy which will wisk you and your bags straight to the check-in desk at the hotel lobby. The newly refurbished rooms were clean and nicely decoraed. The hotel has 24 hour services and when it is time to continue your onward journey, the buggy will whisk you back to the airport. I would definately stay there again rather than travel into Kuala Lumpur City.

Booked into the KL airport hotel for one night after landing late in KL and leaving for langkawi the next day.
Well signed in the airport to get to the hotel, an easy walk from the arrivals terminal and can even take a golf car across the indoor bridge.
Lobby looks very smart, and staff speak fluent English.
Service was great, but my stay was short so didnt really ask for much.
Room was amazing. State of the art modern look and feel.
I stayed near peak time and the price was still decent IMO, great value for money.
Definitely recommend to anyone for a short stay near KL airport.
Did not eat at the hotel but plenty of options in the airport (best Burger King ever!).

As it was christmas day the hotel left us a gift which we thought a nice touch as very useful gift as it happens. Will definitely use the hotel again when travelling through KL.

Location of hotel meant it is good if you're tired from a long haul, and need to fly out of KL the following day.
Hotel had carpet which is not required in KL!

Great hotel for interconnecting flights
close to arrival and departure areas, pleasant staff, clean and sizeable rooms, quiet, great food, transport provided to and from arrival/departure areas

I booked this hotel as we had a late night stopover in KL before flying on to Kuatan the following day and it proved to be the perfect choice. There was a clearly identifiable check-in counter for the hotel near the baggage claim area. The hotel offered transport to and from the arrival and departure areas which was much appreciated. Once at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly staff who provided us with our room keys and allowed us to settle in quickly after our late night arrival. Room service was ordered and provided promptly, with the food being very tasty ankd reasonably priced. The rooms were of a decent size, the bathrooms clean and the beds firm. When needing housekeeping assistance it was provided promptly, and with a smile. Surpisingly, despite actually being located in the airport, the rooms were very quiet. A wake-up call was provided the next morning, as requested, and check-out was quick and easy and given with a smile. All in all we were very impressed and will certainly rebook this hotel for our return voyage.

Free transport to/from hotel - ensure you have it explained to you as to where and how you obtain transport from arrival area to hotel to save you the walk.

An ideal stopover after a long flight. The buggies provided get you quickly from the airport although the walk is not a problem. Being able to check in at the airport while waiting for your luggage to arrive off the plane certainly makes for a quick trip to your room.
