Great hotel for interconnecting flights
close to arrival and departure areas, pleasant staff, clean and sizeable rooms, quiet, great food, transport provided to and from arrival/departure areas

I booked this hotel as we had a late night stopover in KL before flying on to Kuatan the following day and it proved to be the perfect choice. There was a clearly identifiable check-in counter for the hotel near the baggage claim area. The hotel offered transport to and from the arrival and departure areas which was much appreciated. Once at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly staff who provided us with our room keys and allowed us to settle in quickly after our late night arrival. Room service was ordered and provided promptly, with the food being very tasty ankd reasonably priced. The rooms were of a decent size, the bathrooms clean and the beds firm. When needing housekeeping assistance it was provided promptly, and with a smile. Surpisingly, despite actually being located in the airport, the rooms were very quiet. A wake-up call was provided the next morning, as requested, and check-out was quick and easy and given with a smile. All in all we were very impressed and will certainly rebook this hotel for our return voyage.

An ideal stopover after a long flight. The buggies provided get you quickly from the airport although the walk is not a problem. Being able to check in at the airport while waiting for your luggage to arrive off the plane certainly makes for a quick trip to your room.

Good location for internaional transit. I stay here with my wife and 4 children. And they are very excited with the room and many menu for breakfast.

Pan pacific hotel near from kuala lumpur intertnational airport and low cost international airport. I will stay here if i plan to go to internatinal flight and need a transit for the other city.

Hotel close to KLIA, It is the best hotel to stay for those who catch on earlier flight the next morning. Fast check in & Excellent buggy service from airport to the hotel. Fast Internet. But the room need to be renovate in order to meet the Hotel price.

had about a 15 hours stop over and a morning flight to catch the next day. the stay was magnificent with the most comfortable pillows i have ever experience in a hotel. and love the free 24/7 buggy service between the hotel and klia terminal.

The hotel is very close to the airport and if you are catching a flight the next day, this is the best hotel to stay. It provides the fastest internet speed. Staff are courteous and friendly. The room provided was reasonable and worth the money spent

This is a perfect hotel to stay for stop-overs don't have to leave the airport simply jump onto a buggy in the airport terminal and they wisk you off to the hotel lobby where you can relax between long flights.
