I really loved how friendly the staff was.
Loved having the option of a resturant and room service, ended up room service it was excellant.

i did have trouble getting to the hotel the first time as i flew into the lcca airport but have it sorted now, as i would have had a 2 hour wait, i ended up getting your limo to hotel and then the shuttle back to airport in the morning. it isn't told in the information that the shuttle only travels every 2 hrs but i know now but would have been nice to understand before i had to stand in the heat and find out.
Travel tip:
was nice and quiet for tired traveller but would be great as a long term stayer.

Very Good Location. Nice facilities at the Hotel fro Small to Large group meetings.

Excellent location but interiors like carpets etc are old. But the hotel has already started renovation work and hence noisy during specified times. These are properly communicated once you enter the room. Nice Gym and SPA with swimming pool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Renovation work and day time disturbances shall be communicated at the time of booking.

Great Hotel great service

Only one night for stop over waiting for next flight but excellent and convenient

We chose to stay at the Pan Pacific because we had a 12 hour stop over and decided we would need a good nights sleep. It is so convenient being able to walk straight from the terminal in to the hotel and vis versa the next morning for our early flight. We had two delux suites and they weere like a small appartment with two large rooms and two bath rooms. The service was great and the rooms were fine I would reccomend this hotael.

Lovely hotel very very close of KL Airport

We only stayed one night. We choose the hotel as it was close to the airport and we were flying in from Langkawi late one night and flying out early the next day. The hotel was very nice, and had a great buffet beautiful. Definitely worth staying at if you have an early flight from KL.

The hotel has a check-in counter in the bagage area saving a few precious minute while waiting for the luggage. The lobby is less than 10 minute walk from the arrival hall or a couple of minute by the complimentary shuttle operating 24/7. Huge room with all expected by selective business traveller.

Nice hotel for stopover

The Pan Pacific is expensive but for a stopover in Kuala Lumpur with early morning flights, you can't beat it. Lovely comfortable room and nice places to sit and relax. The sauna and jacuzzi room was wonderful. The quick drive over in the hotel's buggy through the corridors at 6am was great.

Most pleasant hotel located in KLIA
We were delightfully surprised with being greeted by a buggy car which drove us and our luggage from the airport level two right up to the hotel lobby.

We had a large room on the 6th floor and the distant airport buildings and tower were lighted up all night. One can see cars on the highways in the far distance with lots of surrounding greenery and tropical forestlands all around. Breakfast was a luxury with a wide range of foods from muesli and toast to roti chanai, a variety of curries, pastries, cakes and fruit. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, indoor spas, saunas and large gym. Lots of shops and eateries just outside the hotel and within the vicinity of the airport. Most convenient if looking for a transit break in travelling.
Shopping Tip:
There is a regular express train which takes passengers from KLIA to the centre of the city in 28 minutes. One can spend a considerable time shopping and sight-seeing here.
