The rooms were spacious and clean, they had a shuttle to the airport and baggage and check in assistance. It was comfortable to stay there.

Lovely hotel, courteous service

We arrived tired after an all-night flight and were very happy with the courteous service and the comfortable room. The breakfast offered us several choices and good food. The ambience was beautiful and we felt very relaxed in the hotel premises. The only thing that can be improved is the transportation to the hotel from the airport - it was not clear even though we were told to go to Level 2 upon arrival. We ended up in the parking lot expecting a shuttle bus but then had to walk all the way over to the other side to board the 'shuttle' which was more like a golf cart. It was not a problem but could be improved.

It was just nice to stay with family duriing transit from Xiamen to Doha stop over in Kuala Lumpur to catch up the next flight.

The hotel is connected to the airport and is within walking distance. The room is nice and bed comfortable, so are the food The staff are helpful and courtous. The hotel deserve its Awards For those who like to shop, they can also go to the airport which is vey near.

Great hotel with good service
This hotel provide golf-car shuttle to airport.

This hotel is the best for staying while you plan to catch your flight tomorrow, even the earliest flight as its nearby the klcc airport. The staff is helpful and friendly. I like the in-room service breakfast, they setup the table in our room so we can enjoy the breakfast before they sent us to airport.
But this hotel consider expensive though, perhaps bcoz this is the only airport hotel available.

We were very happy with the overall experience. We need an overnight stay to connect flights and this hotel was ideal. The breakfast is fantastic and finished at 11am so you can make it brunch. I would stay here again

They have a good pool and spa area you can use after checkout if your flight leaves late afternoon evening

Certainly nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant stay, even if it was only for one night. Would certainly go back again and have recommeded it to the rest of my family and friends.

Was only at the hotel for 7 hours overnight so just appreciated a comfortable bed and hot shower with the convenience of the airport for my early morning onward flight.
Travel tip:
I stayed at this hotel as I had a connecting flight in the morning so I was here for 7 hours. So easy and convenient to be able to pick up keys from the luggage collection, great to have the buggy transport and so easy to check in for my flight in the morning. The facilities were very luxurious and I would recommend it if you are overnight in KL.

Staff could be more nice and smiley, big room but too old, wi-fi not working in every room and could have more English program on the TV.
