Convenient to a point

The hotel is long on elegance but short on actual functionality for a business traveler. The WiFi is miserable. I stayed on the business floor and tried two different wifi services and both were pitifully slow. The usual promise of calling a technician was ineffective. Tune hotels offer better wifi service.
Good food, nice bed, comfortable room, pleasant staff.

This hotel's best benifit is the location. It is in the airport and when you use the early flight, this hotel would be the best choice. The service, food and service is very good.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Excellently located for the airport, comfortable and helpful staff.

We had a very comfortable stay before flying home early next morning. The food and service were excellent and room comfortable. Staff were very helpful and professional. Our stay was everything we needed before our long journey home to the UK.

excellent, clean and modern rooms
great location, close to petronas towers, pavillion shopping centre, raja chulan monorail station.
cons
breakfast lacked variety
rooms are not well sound proofed. e.g. sound of crying baby carries down the hallways.
Hotel Feature Tip:
rooms on higher floors facing south have clear city views, whereas rooms on lower floors or those facing north are obstructed by adjacent buildings.

Lovely hotel but expensive

I asked the hotel if we could take a bus to the KL bus centre, then they said no. So we had to take a bus back to the LCCT. It turned out later that we could have bought bus tickets at the airport below the hotel, which disappointed us a lot. Why could the hotel staff not give us correct information? We just wasted time and money for nothing. I am not happy with the hotel unfortunately.
Travel tip:
Nothing. Too expensive.

Very convenient location for transfering.
Hotel's stuffs were good at dealing with visitors.

the room was comfortable enough.
it was clean and very quiet. the stuffs were smiling always.
when we arrived, we were able to have some drinks by ourselves. it was a good service for visitors.
in this time, we requested to pick up at lcc. therefore the sutaff picked us up at lcc. we had traveled bali in indnesia and langkawi in malasia for 8 days and stayed at 2 hotels without this hotel. of course, we had requested to pick up at the airport to every holtel through agoda. but they didn't pick us up.
this hotel will give us our request as the matter of course from now on.
